Literally the worst user interface I have ever come across. Horrible customer service and the partners they have a really aren't that great. It's absolute BS.
I have a medical company with a numerous state and federal licenses and receive state contracts. Yet shareasale does not approve? They will take the $500 fee and ignore you.
Don't waste your time with this site. I did everything correct on my website 2x's and was approved. Then went back a couple days later to see my website was rejected... These people are scammers as I can see when reading the reviews from affiliates who are being scammed out of their commissions. So glad I did not get trapped into thinking they were honest people.
I have had nearly $40,000 in sales that generated 0 income. People call me about problems with their orders (i am an affiliate so I don't fulfill), yet shareasale doesn't acknowledge any order- they don't repsond to emails and are basically sam artists - avoid them like a a bad STD...
I had no doubt that they took more commissions than us because the first years all worked very well I had a good income, but since this year I have almost nothing and yet it has so many people who buys. Looks like the more money you make and the more they take away... I have been with the company for 4 or 5 years and now I am so disappointed
I have a website and I started my website 2 months ago. I had rich content and design as super best. I was receiving a good response to traffic. I applied to Shareasale to join the Weebly affiliate program but they rejected my application. Even I joined with my official email address linked to my website *******@website.com But they declined twice. I feel this is not their job to choose whom to select and whom to accept if they are accepting after this much hard process then their merchants should be bound to accept as well. But if it's up to their merchant whom to accept and whom to decline then why they are being so rude in accepting new publishers? I am working with other platforms and earning a good income. But i will say about Shareasale that they are proud or rude with publishers.
Wow, your merchants need to reassess their relationship with you... I will contact them directly. What's the name of the organization that oversees online fraud again?
I think this affiliate is for white people on; y. They are not accepting applications from sri lanka.
They closed my account the day I was suppose to be paid my commissions. This is the 2nd time this has happened with dealing with them. They have not responded to my posts nor emails about the situation. Please do not waste your time with shareasale. Its a complete waste of time and will scam you out of your hard earned commissions.
Made 6 sales in a week for a company that was supposed to do a $200 commission per sale. I was excited when my account racked up to $1200 of income the first few days! But the next business day after the weekend all those payouts mysteriously read, "VOIDED". The company kept the sales and took all the commissions away from me! Now either ShareASale nor the merchant won't answer my emails or phone calls!
Do not listen to the fake 5 star reviews, this is a very bad website, not only is their UI an eyesore, their staff are extremely disrespectful.
I made over $10,000 with ShareAsale but they closed my account and are not replying to emails. Its like they have no one on support or they are intentionally ignoring me emails. Worst affiliate network out of all.
Today is June 06 and have been trying to get a payment issue resolved since March 09. They sent my cheque to the wrong country, they got it back but aren't reissuing a new cheque, nor returning the money to my account balance. No answer in over a month now.
I cannot begin to explain how much I hate ShareASale.
First off, there entire business is a con - other sites try to monetize already existing links to your website. So once you sign up, you will be paying for links that you already had to your website.
Second, they have this billing scheme where if you don't hit a threshold, they charge you a minimum. But they don't have good affiliate partners so you end up just paying the minimum monthly.
Third, once you realize the scam you cannot just quit because all the links that are now being monetized to your site are tied into ShareASale so if you quit all those links will break.
Lastly, you email and call ShareASale and their support team doesn't care. If you complain or try to go against the system they will just close your account which F's up all your incoming links.
Stay away. VigLink just launched VigLink Direct - which is a ShareASale competitor. We are giving it a shot hoping we can transition 100% away from ShareASale
I have only ever had excellent experiences with this company. Great communication, payment on time, easy-to-use platform.
I love ShareASale. They pay quickly, on time, every time. The support is outstanding and the companies they work with have great promotions.

I work with many affiliate companies and Share a Sale is the ONLY one that I have had any kind of personal relationship and interaction with. They make it a point to talk to their affiliates and help them.
I work with a ton of affiliate networks and shareasale is just easy. I haven't ever had a technical issue and when you meet them in person, they are... NICE. Total win-win.
