Every thing went smoothly.
Love it.
The hair care package I purchased was not very clearly labeled/listed with all items, so I ended up "adding" onto/ purchasing something with end prompts that was already included in the package so I spent $70 extra on something I would not have if I had understood the purchased products...it was just confusing on the mobile page. It would not show me what was in my cart or package while showing me add ons. So now I have way too much foaming product now.
Great so far...its only been 3 weeks though
YOUR PRODUCT IS AWFUL! I DO NOT LIKE IT! WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN! DONE!

I received the products quickly. I've been using products every day. Like the smell. Have not seen any results as of yet.
Customer Service was great. Offered me a discount because I was cancelling my order. Described to me in details what I needed to do to get the max results!
I got this about a month ago. I don't wash my hair everyday - usually every other day - and I have not noticed any difference in hair loss or regrowth.

I really do not like this product in my hair. I ordered 3 months worth and I could only use a couple times before needing to go back to my other. I'd love to send it back
Took too long to receive. Covid was used as excuse but have received other items in 7 days after I order.
