Just started using the products! So far I like how my hair feels after using the shampoo and conditioner. It feels soft and and not weighed down.

I received my order in a prompt fashion. My son never received his shampoo-order placed same day as mine.
Apparently the confirmation of his address was never updated in your computer system. I called customer service and the agent said he fixed it but my son is still waiting delivery!

My order arrived quickly and in good condition

When I received my box the product leaked out in the box. Not bad but some. 2 if the boxes inside were crunched. Like they were damaged before it was put in the bigger box for shipping. Plus the box wasnt even taped closed when I picked it up at the mail box. As far as the shampoo and conditioner they seem to be alright.
