Best shampoo I have ever used for halting hair loss.

You asked me if I wanted extra products but you didn't force me to go through a million different things. I really appreciate that!
I'm now using the products and I do like how my hair is feeling. Of course time will tell about the strengthening and thickening but I have good hopes!
Item was missing when I ordered
I am enjoying using the product. I just finished month 1 using it so hopefully will see more new hair soon. I do have more body.
I'm on my second bottle. So far I've been pleased with the process of less hair loss.
I haven't used it long enough to form and opinion
I received my package, the only issue was that all the items were just throw into the box and not sealed or packed so that they wouldn't open. The box was torn and smashed, which i realize was probably occurred from the shipper. One bottle of conditioner opened and was all over the other items. About 1/4 of the bottle had spoiled out. I chose not to notify you since 1: i realized it sad handled roughly by the shipper and 2: it was not worth the hassle to complain.
Anyways, my recommendation is that the product be l package with more care in the future.
Since I began using your products 3 weeks ago, I have noticed no improvement in my hair growth or condition of my hair.
I also was not aware that when placing my order, I would receive $229 in your products when I only ordered $39.99 worth of products. I was completely surprised at the number of products.
I would have liked to decide for myself to decide if I wanted 4 months of products, instead of you arbitrarily making that decision for me.
In any case, I would like to return the unused products and receive a full refund for those products.

I wasn't happy that I didn't get my order for more than a month after ordering. I don't know yet whether or not it will work. We shall see.

I asked the question as to why I had additional custom costs and I never received an answer. The first order I made i never had custom charges but did this time.
You have not replied to my question regarding an itchy scalp.
I received the 9/5 shipment. I am still using the products. Please credit my account for the recent charges, I did not agree to auto shipments.
It's difficult to understand the amount of shampoo and conditioner product I'm ordering.
Have not yet started to use the product but will let you know when I do and what I think about soon.
I do not wish to receive any further shipments of this shampoo and conditioner. I have tried to contact customer service with no response. Please do not send any further shipments!
Never heard from anyone in customer service for weeks. The package eventually showed up after it had been delivered to the wrong address. While I recognize that they had little control over delivery, the fact that I could not speak to someone to request a claim be filed with FedEx means I would have been out over $200. (FedEx only allows the shipper to initiate the claim). Even if the product turns out to be helpful, I will not purchase from them again.
