Everything is good. I do like how the shampoo and conditioner make my hair feels.

I'm very pleased, I took two pictures of the back of my hair. One on the 25th of July, two days after I started and one the 6th of August. I already see a difference in the length, stronger, shinier, and if possible more depth I'm color! Maybe a little fuller also. Very please with the product and the company so far!

One of my leave in foams had leaked all over the box and is empty. I sent an email and pictures almost 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back about getting a replacement. I really like the product

The product makes my hair feel dirty? And I don't know why I rinse well

I don't know if incompletely understood, everything. However, the misunderstanding, I believe, was on my end. I did not take the time to read everything

I am very satisfied so far. I have noticed a difference in my hair texture. I have been only using it for 3 weeks and have high hopes with positive result. I just wish it comes with bigger bottle If you order for 2 months supply rather than current container

I don't know the result yet. May be it takes couple months.

I feel like there's less hair winding up in my brush after using the shampoo & conditioner for just a few weeks!

I bough my kit on July 4th, and never received, and I got charge twice on my card, I didn't receive any email Back, after my complain, nobody call me. So frustrated. I send message 2 days ago, and nothing, I attached the picture of my account charges twice. I just want someone tell me what is going on.

So easy! Each product is explained well, so you can understand its purpose.

Shopping experience was great.

It was as expected.

I haven't seen much hair growth yet but I am hopeful. The pricing was confusing. It was listed at $55 but then I was charged $200. I am assuming it was for a 4 months supply but it was confusing at check out. Also, I would have liked the option to just buy one month at a time. The conditioner bottle leaks so more product comes out than needed when I use it.

Pushing additional products. It gives a false narrative that the shampoo, conditioner and foam are not sufficient. Why the serum plus the tablets?
