I just started using it.

GOod except for all the ads trying you to buy more product. Want to try your product and will order more if it's right for me. I didn't think the order came in a timely matter

I was given a price but charged much more. The lady that I spoke to solved the problem

Been using one month. No improvement todate.
I will use for 3 months. Hopefully I can confirm that I have improvements.
Truly need help at the age of 77.

I have an autoimmune disorder - that has caused my hair to fall out. I am hoping to see a change in hair lost with your shampoo. Thank you for your customer service in getting this product to me. I am optimistic

Received my shampoo and conditioner fairly quickly.

Wrong item was shipped to me, no problem getting replacement...lady on the phone was uber cooperative and nice!

Purchase was easy. Didn't know about the duty I would have to pay so that was a surprise. I did look back on the website and couldn't find anything about additional al cost to ship to canada.
Haven't used the product long enough to see a difference.

Only one thing not really satisfied is have to pay extra delivery charged from Fedex.
