I have been using this product for several years It's great. As I got older, so did my hair age. Not pretty.
Since using this product, my hair has gotten thicker, and healthier.It looks and feels much better.

The website is a little challenging to navigate. It's obvious you're trying to force customers into a subscription package, but I didn't want to commit without trying products first. I also tried to go back later and look at what other products you offer and that was annoying and difficult as well. I get what you're trying to do, but maybe a link in the menu to see a list of all products would be helpful!

Trying to use different product to help prevent myself from losing so much hair.

I liked the price for all the products I received. The shampoo needs to stay in 2-5 minutes and that is a long time to leave in if you are doing the conditioner as well for 2-5 minutes. My hot water runs out each time. The conditioner is drippy and does not stay in the hair as I need it to.
The drops drip down my neck. The mouse works much better.

Quick and easily. Fair prices. Website easy to navigate and products were described perfectly.

I had to request a separate link to be able to order the shampoo and conditioner. Your website wouldn't allow me to put each of these items in my cart individually.

So far it seems fine the leave in conditioner bottle is to small. It won't last as long as the other products.

So far, I am satisfied with my whole experience about ordering but with respect to results, I think it's too soon to see any yet. But I'm excited to have something to try to regain my hair back after being on cancer medication for 5 years. I'm hoping and praying that these products that's supposed to help is on my hands.
