Order and shipping was very speedy.

I really like the products. My hair feels much healthier.

Customer service is quick to respond to my concerns. But shipping takes longer that what I'm expecting. Hope this product will work.

Misleading what will be sent and what will supposedly will be beneficial.misleading by not noting instructions that you have to sit around with wet hair for half an hour - 15 minutes with shampoo on scalp and 15 minutes with conditioner on scalp. Not user friendly by any means.

Add on's just kept on coming making it seem like you had to get them for the results promised by the original products. If it doesn't work, I expect a full refund of all products.

I ordered only the shampoo but you sent me less shampoo than my order, along with conditioner and spritz. My hair is already to fine and slippery for the conditioner.
