I have not been using this product very long and have not seen any changes. I will continue as I've tried everything out there and this is my last hope! Shipping took longer than I expected.

Shipping was fast and arrived in perfect condition. Overall shopping experience was great. Looking forward to my next order.

Difficult to navigate from one offer to another

I felt the price of the product was misleading, but the company worked with me to resolve this issue.

It took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my order. I was notified by Fedex that my shipment was in Britain. I called Fedex who said they knew nothing about the matter. The next thing I knew I received a notice from Canada Post saying I owed $28.00 in duty taxes.

I was looking for a quick explanation as to the importance/use of the foam and couldn't readily find it. I also didn't like the upsell products thrown at me After putting in my cc info.

Your information on what has been ordered is awful!
I'm not sure I want to deal with a company that confuses customers!
No way to cancel...?
