I ordered the shampoo and thickener and when I realized the true expense, cancelled the order but it was shipped to me anyway. VERY unhappy with customer experience, have returned the items and am awaiting the credit to be put on my credit card.

So far, so good. I guess it takes at least three months to see results so just waiting to see how my hair changes.

I was surprised at what I was charged-didn't read the fine print. Was offered a 50% off discount. No complaints.

I have spoken to two of your reps and they are absolutely lovely and have been there to assist me thank you

I found the ad a bit misleading. I didn't realize I was ordering a year's worth of product.

I got stuff I didn't order I called your customer service and they told me they were sending me a return label, they lied about that. I don't want any of your order now. I don't need extra cream rinse. Now I don't want any of the order. SEND ME THE THE RETURN LABLE.

Its going on week 3 using hoping to c some changes soon.

I like the product and ordered over 6 bottles. Please only send this order, no additional product tho I like it, I have enough to last the rest of the year! Thank you!

They answered all my questions and we're very polite so far I have not had any trouble with them are use the product only three times since I have received it I don't wash my hair every day but if there's anything that I can do to It work better I would appreciate any suggestions thank you

Purchase online went well. It's my first time using the product and have no experience to share as of now.

In the future, I would like to have the ability to order only the minoxidil formula. I have not seen that option on your website up until this point. Hope you value my feedback.

So far I been using this product since 4/08 and can't tell any growth, just losing hair. I am a little worried, but I have only washed my hair twice. I do use the foam conditioner every day. Going to start washing twice a week as of 5/04/2020. Will let you know my concerns in a month Thank-you Janice Skinner

It's too soon to comment; I've just recently received my order.

I experienced no problems with shipping. So far I like the product, but it's too early to see results. However, my hair does seem to have more body.

So far so good! Been a month and am looking forward to results.

Was easy and uncomplicated.
