Fairly easy to place an order.

This order was returned due to gluten & sulfate issues. And the
Conditioning product does nothing for chemically treated porous
Hair. Also the high price of small containers.

I love the shampoo and conditioner.

When I got to step 2, I was confused as I thought the foam was part of package I purchased

Received products as were noted in ad and in a timely manner. Going well so far noticeable difference in just a few weeks

The product was received very fast. Unfortunately the bottle of the shampoo is too small I expected it a bigger size

I have been very pleased so far. I got a kit and will need some shampoo in the very near future. It is too early to give a report on the results of the products, however, my hair feels clean. The products are very pure.

I received an email from ShapiroMD asking me to review my purchased products on Amazon. I was to receive a free product of my choice. I reviewed the products and emailed a photo of this review to ShapiroMD. I was not able to order a complimentary product. I called customer service and they could not help me. They took my phone # to call me back. I haven't heard back. This is my 3rd inquiry.

I had no trouble with my order. I haven't used the product long enough to have an opinion.

It wasn't user friendly. I didn't see how I could choose my products. All that was offered was a 1,2 or 4 months supply bundle offer.

We started using the product right away. Hoping to see the results soon. Thank you
