Really loved the fit and comfort of the bra but my straps slide down my shoulders, I keep getting I'm guessing what is computer generated customer experience survey's with no satisfaction. Very disappointed. Just want a suggestion or solution.
I had bought 2 bras but they were to small 4 me, so I emailed them. They told me they would refund my money no problem & they did. So I bought the right size. 1 had a clasp & the other was a pull over. There both extremely soft & comfortable. I wish the clasp one had a wider shoulder strap, but it does come with an extension clasp which is nice for larger women. I LOVE LOVE THESE BRAS

Sadly I wanted to like these leggings based on all the social media coverage. I've lost a lot of weight and work out all the time and most size large pants fit me well. But these I could barely pull up and they were so tight and uncomfortable. I'd return them but I've already taken the tags off and washed them. So I guess I'll take them to Goodwill. Sign me disappointed l.

I ordered a pair of Empetua high waisted leggings. Based on my measurements, I guesstimated I should try a size 2XL. When they arrived, I found they were a bit too loose for my body. I was going to keep them anyways but I did comment on my purchase that I probably should have ordered a size smaller.
Customer Support reached out to me and offered to exchange them for an XL, at absolutely no cost to me.
Within 3 weeks, the XL arrived at my doorstep and they are a better fit for my body. I didn't even have to return the 2XL which had originally been shipped.
I'm very impressed with the customer support I received. It's so refreshing to see that someone actually reads/reviews comments and takes the extra step to make things right. That's rare these days.

Although shipping was heavily delayed I was thrilled with my purchase of two high wasted leggings. They are warm, not see through and keeps everything from jiggling. Mission accomplished!

Bras are good, especially for the price. Cups are small for me, even after removing the pads. Could also help if the straps were more adjustable.
