SCAM SITE! Paid $30 for the butt lift in XL im not a super large woman but i am fluffy... they arrived i think these A were made in china given how long took to arrive... and B they didnt even go past my calves... like i said im not even that large... when i went to return they only will refund you half of what you paid so $16... DONT BUY FROM THEM!
From the minute I placed the order, it populated for me an XL and a Small. Since I didn't need a small, I immediately wrote to them and asked to stop that order and give me 2 pair of XL in Beige. I received the first CANCELED order in black, XL and SM. Then when I tried to contact them, they said not to worry, that my other order was on the way. When I tried to get authorization to return the order sent in error (which I should not have to pay shipping on) I just got different people telling me how sorry they are and would I give them a good rating? Not just NO, but H NO! I finally got the return link today and they are only refunding a portion of what I paid and said just keep them. Really? They roll down in the back and they started pilling before I had even worn them. I am contacting my credit card company to get a TOTAL refund! Don't buy these, you will be sorry. I am.

I ordered four items and only received two, I have emailed and sent messages through Facebook and cannot get a straight answer about if products will be sent later or if I will receive a refund. Have also received an email wanting me to leave a review for one of the items that I didn't even receive.

I went to the returns and exchanges link provided on the website, entered my information, and it seems like the site is completely broken. No matter how long I waited I could not get through. The "Start a Return" button had a loading wheel that never quit. There is no phone number available to contact this company and I'm afraid my return will never be resolved. The reviews on their website are BOGUS! (What woman would pose ONLY in her BRA and Girdle? Sure wish I would have come to this site FIRST! I can tell by these HORRIBLE REVIEWS that I'm in for a Ride! (However, I have my Fingers Crossed!). I will do a followup review AFTER I recieve my order!

The return policy is a total scam! They give you a link that you must fill out, but the link never lets you in! I have tried at least 20 times, on different days, and the link will not load. I registered, thinking that this may affect my complaint,... but the same results... it kept telling me to try later. They issue "computerized email" responses that keep referring you to their return site, and never able to contact a human being. I will NEVER recommend them nor do I like their product!

I ordered one shapermint shaper panty, it was the wrong size. I read the instructions filled out the return form as it said, they said to keep the one that didn't fit me or donate it, and within a week, I had not only a new one but the right size as well, doesn't get any better than this!

They lie, they lie, they lie! Not only does it roll, but it will still be rolled when it's off and on its way to the garbage. Don't expect to have any luck returning it either cause you won't find any info about how our where to return it in the package it comes in. Save yourself a ton of frustration and just don't order!

Ordered 3 items... charged my for everything but only received 1 item. They have kept telling me for 2 weeks that the other two items are shipping out "today"... lies since I still don't have a tracking number!

These people have lied to me continually since early November. My order number was SM*******, which arrived in decent time. Too bad it was too small! I was given a return authorization of 0BE06A, and told I would not have to return the smaller one. I was assured the larger one was on the way. When I complain, I get the same lying email that says my new one is on the way and they'll send me the shipping info when they have it. I NEVER GET IT! I've gotten this email 3 times now. They have no idea of what "hassle free" actually means! Don't buy from them and save yourself the HASSLE!

I purchased the high waisted panty, absolutely heaven! I can't even tell I'm wearing shapewear and the results are amazing. I was in between sizes so I opted for going with my hip measurements to size, m/l. I wanted more compression so the next time I went with my waist size and I downsized to a xs/s. The best part is you have their unconditional return/exchange option if the fit is incorrect. I know that a lot of you are having difficulty reaching customer service for Shapermint, I ran into the same problem because I was sending them an email. I ended up contacting them through Facebook messenger and they responded quickly.

I only received 1 of the 3 items that I ordered October 18th. Every time I email them I get the same response that it has been packed and ready to ship... it's almost 3 months since I ordered! Do not order from this company! Also shortly after I made my online purchase, my credit card information was stolen, starting to think that this may not be a coincidence...

I purchased two of these and they run HUGE. I have tried to exchange and email multiple times. It shows out of stock in any sizes in the style I have for weeks now. Also a friend said when she exchanged high waist leggings for a smaller size she was sent reg waist in the smaller size but that is not what she wanted to exchange. Many emails saying to exchange what isn't available. Order number SM******* I either want my money back or the exchange promised!

I am hugely annoyed that this store blatantly LIES on their website about where items are being shipped from... the site says "All of Shapermint's products are shipped from the US - we have warehouses in the East and West Coasts. Our partner brands also ship from the US." What a load of bull$#*!. My package was sent from China... is that the United States of China?

We’re sorry for the delay, Dannie. Our records indicate that your package arrived Auckland, NZ on Dec 17. Have you tried contacting your local post office and inquire about it? Maybe they’re experiencing holiday congestion. And yes, the package was shipped from China because it’s strategically close to New Zealand, compared to any of our warehouses in the US. We’ve processed a full refund of 61.93 USD, the refund notification has been sent to your email. Please note that you still receive the package as it is already in New Zealand since Dec. 17th.
Didn't like the product very little compression and not comfortable. Inquiried about a refund same day. That was Dec 8th. Had been 11 emails back and forth ( with 5 responses from them) giving me the run around. Tried several Facebook messages and commenting on their Facebook posts. Still no luck. I've accepted that I'm probably not going to get a refund but have made it my mission that no one else gets duped like it did.

I made this purchase due to an upcoming vacation. I paid for fast shipping and kept waiting for my shipping / tracking info. It never came so I tried to contact customer service thought Facebook, submitting a note from their website and by sending an email. Tried all of these avenues and each time I got a canned response promising that would contact me soon. Never happened. I leave for my trip in 3 days and have not heard a thing. If I knew anything about this I would NEVER have purchased these. I've now wasted precious time, money and energy on this company and I am extremely unhappy. Might I add I am on a FB community with over 2k gals who know that I've placed this order and waiting to hear my thoughts on the product. Not great advertisement Shapermint. :(

I placed an order on Dec 10,2018 and they were very quick in processing it, received the receipt right away. Then I got an email confirmation that my order is on its way with the tracking info. However, when i tracked my package, it says 'not foiund' Info unavailable, we cant identify your number yet. I waited for a few days as sometimes it takes a few days for them to ship it but it's been a week now that i still couldnt track it. I emailed them but I still have the same message. Very disappointing... had i known this would happen, i wouldnt have ordered from them. :(

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
