Using this product does not make you lose weight. This product gives me enough compression to smooth out the bulges and make me look a little smaller.

The quality is equivalent to a $5 items at the department store so you end up overpaying big time. Free no hassle returns or exchanges is a big lie. I placed and order (4 items) 3 of which I wanted to return because they DO ROLL DOWN badly! Went online just to find out that they charge fee if you want to return something. Supposedly the exchanges were free BUT... when I picked the new items that I wanted to try, went through checkout and tried to apply a coupon I found for the price difference they processed a NEW order at FULL price (even though they had sale at the time)! Emailed them to cancel the order immediately (within a few minutes) but only heard back 2 days later AFTER the new order was shipped. Now if I want to return something I need to pay return fee for BOTH orders and pay return shipping twice! In the meantime, I didn't even receive a return label as of today - 4 weeks later. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

I ordered on June 3rd and it is June 16th and my product was NEVER shipped. The tracking number they gave me was for DHL and 13 days later it was never picked up. I reached out to them via chat and they wanted to send it via priority and refund my shipping, but after I Googled them, I saw their horrible reviews and told the rep to refund my money. Shapewear is good to wear when you are trying to lose weight, but I will go to a local department store to purchase one to help me get back to my size 6.

They shipped fast, they are nice quality, I did not feel that they held in my buldges as they show on tv, but they were nice and shiney material, there wasnt any padding to tuck in the tummy like I thought there should be.
That's great to hear, Karen. You also probably need to get a smaller size or you may try the Co'Coon brand. It has extra tummy control compare to the Empetua brand.
