I know I'm overweight, but the add made it look more stretchy than it is. I'll have to lose some weight before I can wear it.
I ordered based on their sizing chart. I even went up a bit because based on past experience I hate all "shapewear" because it's too tight and hard to get on. So, I normally wear an XL and occasionally up or down a size depending on brand and cut. I got the "Empetua All Day Every Day High-Waisted Shaper Shorts - Black / XL / 2XL" and "Empetua Loungewear Shaping Leggings - Gray / 2XL". I was breaking a sweat before I even got each one over my KNEES. In the past I might have bothered exchanging it and their policy of charging for refunds, and giving you a bonus for the same amount they charge for the refund if you take the refund as a store credit made it tempting, but in the end I went with paying the $6.95 for the privilege of trying it on. Based on past experience if I went up to a size that I didn't have to sweat to put on then there would be almost no compression or HUGE in the waist/rib cage making it useless.
So, basically, I'm totally unimpressed. It's just your typical shapewear. If you like sweating just putting on your underwear and then feeling like you're being strangled by a boa constrictor all day... go for it.

Very comfy and supportive. Yet, although my measurements fall precisely in the middle of Shapermint's size range for me, the waistband rolls like a cheap pair of pantyhose:-(

Great item, best ever that I tried! Won't be disappointed! I tried others but didn't work the same! Also when something didn't fit right they took care of it immediately!
I originally bought two sizes because I didn't know how they would fit. When I tried to return one it said we dint do returns to your country (Australia) so I was annoyed. Trying to contact some to help was challenging and I kept getting these automated email replies which really annoyed me. Approximately 18 emails later I received my refund and didn't have to return the item. The shapewear itself is good quality but I'm yet to wear it. It takes time to put it on.

Shapermint has some good shapewear in alot of different styles & there is something 4 everyone!
They are very comfortable for everyday use and I highly suggest you try them because it will truly make a difference in your daily wardrobe and the way that you dress.
I had order what turns out to be the wrong type of waist high pants and after mentioning they were not having the affect. I was advised of another option which was posted free. Like wow and new pair are amazing. They work, would highly recommend buying them.

I bought the cami recently. It fit well, but flattened my breasts. Putting on a bra did not help. My suggestion would be to have a cami with a built in bra.

I wore it under the maxi dress few times. It doesn't look how they do it in advertising I could to see my fabby line out there. Apparently it wear out already after 2-3 use. Well, I won't buy any product from Shapermint. Waste $$.

I am really disappointed at the leggings I ordered - completely see through! The return process is also a pain - you will be charged shipping in less you decide to return and purchase more. So frustrated - do not buy regardless of the rating on the product.
