I purchased some cami's and they didn't fit. Went to the next size, didn't fit. Again the next size. 3 times until finally it fit. They didn't even have me return the others.
Now I am getting annoyed because they are sending me surveys day after day after day. I filled it out and again another survey. Stop please!
Products as comfortable as claimed and I would order again in the future. They have been worn and laundered several times and are still as good as new. Shipping was very quick and packaging was intact. Sizing appears to be forgiving as I ordered two different sizes and both fit even though the larger size is a bit "roomy". The band does roll just as all these types of products do.
Received my package in a timely manner. The item I purchased did not get rid of the bulges. Instead it just smooth down my tummy area. Somewhat disappointed but as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, than it's probably not! This was my experience with the product.

I received a wireless bra that I ordered and even though it was too small it was very comfortable. The cups just weren't big enough. So I contacted them and they sure do stand by their statement on returns and then some, I ordered the largest size and they told me to keep the one I already had. I had never done business with them before. It is a great wireless bra with good support and I normally wear a 38G. I can't wear wire bras, the pressure from the wires nauseate me. I got tired of looking slovenly at places and wanted support with comfort and this bra was the very best of both things I wanted.

The first one that I ordered just didn't fit properly. My second one was the same. The ad shows the shaper being pulled up under the bust. Mine just rolls around my waist.

I ordered three products, unfortunately they did not fit. Staff response was exceptional as they consulted with me Over replacement size and had them shipped directly to me. Also I didn't have to pay or return the products that didn't fit. You can't ask for better customer service. I will have no hesitation in recommending Shapermint to my friends.
When I first got my 2 bras, I was thrilled with the comfort, and the quality and with one, at least, the fit. The white one fit very nicely, but when I washed it (in cold water and hung to dry) it shrunk quite a bit. After wearing for a while, it stretched a bit but was never as comfortable as when I first got it. The black one, however, was too tight right from the start. I am thinking it was mis-sized. I have not washed it yet, but afraid it will shrink even more than the white one. Other than that I love them. Most comfortable bra I have ever had. Am thinking if I order again, I should go a size up.

XL in shaper panty is perfect. Black Empetua legging in XL way too small. The next larger one rolled over at the waist. Can I please get the right size?
