I placed an order and 1 of the items was no longer available. I've repeatedly emailed and got a repeat email which was no help at all. I will not purchase from Shapermint ever again. The quality is not good on the items I did receive! The shaper I bought, only wore it once and was going to wear it again when I noticed 2 holes. So no thanks to Shapermint.

If you ask for a refund they will charge you to ship the product back to them, even though you paid to have it shipped to you. So you are essentially covering all shipping costs by them then they take the fee right out of cost of the pants! Total bull$#*!!
Plus, the Empetua pants... are made from this really scratchy-unattractive material that rolled, which is why I sent it back. Worst. Product. And. Return. Policy. EVER!

Charged me over 10 bucks for a quicker shipment it still arrived a few days late, when I contacted supposed they showed me a message it had been delivered. It DID NOT ARRIVE FOR TWO MORE DAYS! Other shapeware works just as well as this one and they do not LIE about delivery times or thier product. Go somewhere else.

Easy to order, no problems with delivery and the fit, are excellent.

The product I ordered was too small. I emailed the company and they shipped out the correct size the same day. I didnt even have to send other product back, they told me to donate it, which I did.

I have purchased 2 items from Shapermint and both are perfect. I accidently ordered an item other than the one I wanted and only realized my mistake when the item arrived. The customer service was outstanding and they sent me the item i really wanted immediately.

I've always been annoyed w/ my boobs - they get in the way, i can never wear a spaghetti strap anything, i can't sleep on my front - you get the idea. Shapermint has been great because i can wear VERY comfortable bras with a reasonable amount of support. Thank you :D

My expectations s were high after reading the reviews. My experience was LOW. It stretched out of shape with my large breast. I had to see the straps up to even give myself any lift. Maybe very small breasted women will have a. Better experience.

I purchased two non underwire bras and I love them! Fit well, no bulges. The only problem I have is that you send me multiple emails every day. I don't want or need to delete your emails. Once a week is more than enough

This is my 2nd purchase from Shapermint. I am MORE than satisfied! The panties fit super firm in all the right places. The bra I just received, I cannot say enough about how well it fits and it's pretty too. Thanks again!

I think its ridiculous to pay for shipping and to get a refund to pay shipping again, either way shapermint makes you pay for the product while letting you keep item. You dont get back what you pay and item doesn't deliver as promised

I was having trouble using the discount code that my friend had given me. When I contacted them the lady helped me very quickly rectify the problem.

I ordered the panties, the tank top, and leggings! They are all great to your figure! The hardest part is getting into the garments, after that, you're home free!
