Ordered ONE pair, billed for two, received one, it rolled down (just as their advertisements promised it WOULD NOT), tried to contact them for return... Order Number NOT available on any email, packaging, etc. In fact, NO email confirmation was received giving any details (that I ordered ONE item for XX. XX dollars). Only an email saying they had been shipped. Oh, and the "hassle free returns" they promise? Yeah right! After chatting forever online with a BOT (not even a real person), they refused to give me a refund authorization and said another item was on its way to me. I didn't even order it! And, I don't want the one I DO have. I must want my money back. But watch out for that $7 restocking fee. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
These shapermint's items are wrapped with the integrity of customer care. And care is what this company is about. I never wore shapewear until a few months ago. Shapermint was my there in my corner as I moved into another time of my life.
Nothing fit right... not your fault... I have a funky body shape to deal with... I need to quit trying to HIDE my belly fat; I just need to LOSE the belly fat!

I ordered 2 empetua bras one black one white. I received 2 black. So I ordered a white one for an up coming trip. I received a white small. Still need a white one.

I am currently enjoying a very comfortable new Bali bra from shapermint which I was able to get for a great price. What I am not as impressed with is the return process. Too many details to be in top of.
