The size chart was not correct. I ordered my correct size according to the chart given, which is the size which I normally wear, but the bra I received was too tight. Customer service was great and gave me a larger size which fit perfectly. It is so soft and comfortable. Just wish their sizing chart were accurate so that there was not a delay.

Good hold, good length, needs grippers along leg opening. They end up riding up and I'm constantly needing to pull them down. Other than that, great product.
First - Shapermint has been nothing been accommodating. I ordered a bra that people raved about as the most comfortable bra ever. That was the main selling point for me. I have now had 3 bras delivered in ever increasing sizes, hoping that would make the difference. And while they offer an incredible exchange program, none of these bras are my definition of comfortable. The last delivery would make an excellent compression bra for exercise, but definitely not for everyday life and lounging.
I ordered two bras the exact same size. One fit fine the other was a size at least to small but marked the same size as the other

I find that this bra is very comfortable but I would prefer it to have some shaping (perhaps I'm old school) but I like that look, not a flat one. I do wonder if I should have gone a larger size as it seems to be riding up a bit on the one side. I don't find sweating to be much of a problem.

I've ordered numerous products and had to exchange a few items due to my own fault of not measuring correctly and the exchanges went seamlessly with no cost to me. The one item resent to me was sized wrong by the manufacturer but with a quick email, the matter was resolved with absolutely no issues and another item was sent out. The products are comfortable, customer service is more than AWESOME and I will have absolutely no issue with ordering from them again.
I also would like to add that I wasn't even asked to return the items that didn't fit me but asked to donate, or give to someone who could use them. Again - AWESOME

The product arrived quickly in pretty pink packaging, which flaunted the brand of shapewear I was buying. Some people might appreciate that; I did not. However, I was not to be dismayed as I gleefully tried on the products I purchased. I noticed a svelte improvement in my figure immediately, but would have preferred a tighter fit. Still, it worked well enough for me not to consider returning it for a smaller size.
