Well, I wore the 4x and everyone liked it except my Mom! She said you probably should have gotten a smaller size, and how my Mom feels means a lot to me. So I wrote you guys and said that I should have gotten a 3x, and y'all sent it to me seems like quicker than I received the first one,(Which I thought was very awesome), but I'm a big girl and I could barely get it on! The product didn't fit like boy shorts like they were supposed to. The rubber didn't help hold it up and it kept rolling down. It was a very uncomfortable experience for me.

Hey I've ordered a couple different kinds and I could actually put them on and pulling them up by myself! Lol kinda like forget it! They are really nice though. Hold you together but you can breath, for us larger women. I'll be back for sure.

I purchased a product that turned out to be the wrong size. They replaced it in the correct size at their cost. The correct size makes all of the difference!

Shapermint was very easy to deal with. Their prices are reasonable, especially when they have a sale. The parcel arrived after a short interval and each article was wrapped and sealed in plastic so it felt very new and I did not feel like it was old stock grabbed off a long forgotten shelf.
The fit was perfect and I was extremely happy with the product. I even got a gift of a laundry bag for washing which was fantastic as I do not have one at the moment.

Customer service is outstanding! Have only experienced this with a handful of companies, it is unusual for a small, new company. They are determined to have the customer be happy. Their products are fairly good, some better than others. I found the Shaper Panty with legs to be less than terrific; it rolls down no matter what size you buy. After trying 3 sizes I gave up and was going to move on. However they gave me a chance to pick any other item of the same price. I found a Shaper Panty without legs, just made like a regular panty and I decided to try it. Bingo! It worked beautifully, pulled up high, didn't roll down and gave me great shaping. I have also bought two of the shaper camis and they are good for tummy and upper control. They do flatten your breasts a bit but that's not a problem for me. They will be good in the summer I think. I would like to see more of a selection of underwire all-in-ones. Their current ones are ordered by bra size and are limited. Larger breasted women need these and I think they would sell well.
Not sure what you want - the site is great, and the "help with returns" is exceptional. As for the fit of the article I purchased, the straps need to be adjustable. These are made for younger people that haven't experienced gravity yet!
The shape wear is great and very comfortable. Just expect your email to blow up with tons of emails per day!
