I placed an order for Shapermint last week, this was my first time ordering and even though I haven't received any product I know I will never order from this company again. I placed an order for 4 items and 2 days later received an email saying that all of the items I ordered were out of stock. On their website -- TILL THIS DAY -- they are still listed as in-stock which clearly shows these people are running some sort of scam.
They told me I could get a refund since they were out of stock but their customer service is now ghosting me or send me emails unrelated to the issue. All I want is a refund if you can't ship my order, that sound super fair to me...
BEWARE. I don't know how they have so many good reviews this company is so clearly a sham.
I placed my order and selected the expedited shipping option which was an extra cost. Today is day 6 after placing my order and it has not shipped and there is no way to get in touch with someone via phone and the chat option is not helpful in resolving the issue besides asking me to the be patient. No I can't be be patient, the co. Should not promise me a deliver date when I place my order. Especially when I needed it for an event. Not reliable will have to go elsewhere to get shapewear.

I haven't actually recieved my order yet, but as I am typing this, I am attempting to cancel one of the two identical orders, one of which I accidently placed. The site gives a high pressure upsell method, which resulted in my needing to cancel. The customer service person on line is very frustrating - taking too much time to process my request, not seeming to understand what I am wanting, trying to get me to keep my order by giving me a discount. I just want to cancel one of the two identicle orders!
A TOTAL RIP OFF! I made an order in March. Shorts and panties. Received the panties, they lied they do not work and they are cheap. Heading into May did not receive the shorts yet. No customer service I have to chat with a damned computer. Where are the humans. At least send me my cheap underwear. I'm not asking for the money. I feel like I would be wasting my money it I get a lawyer but that is where I am headed

I was very disappointed in trying to get an address to return or exchange my items. I got a phone number and it just gave me a website to see their products and hung up on me. After that I get a message from Pissed Customer!

I ordered four of their camisoles. The first package I opened, the camisole was COVERED in cat hair. I am severely allergic to cats and immediately fell ill and continued to have difficulty breathing for nearly two days even after using my emergency inhaler and medication. I tried to contact customer service, but they only respond with form letters. I also tried to return, but they demand I pay $5 to return products that were likely used and made me sick.

This "cami" I ordered was actually a breast binder. No contouring or shaping, just flattening. Was charged $7 shipping which I wanted refunded along with cost of this rag. Plus I do not want to pay $7 return shipping for this 2 cent garment. Nobody answers their customer service phone, and you just have bots to deal with. No follow up after 3 days. Had to go through credit card company for resolution. The customer service is just as inferior as their products. Don't waste your time with these crooks. Plenty of sites with primo stuff for FREE shipping BOTH ways.

I'm giving them two stars because I'm hoping the product itself, when it arrives, will be worth the hassle. I placed an order on their we website on 3/31, using our current address in Puerto Rico. Everything went through fine. Then on April 8th I received a notification that my order had been canceled "at my request." I did not request the cancellation. Their customer service rep informed me that they weren't able to "locate" the shipping address so they canceled it. Without any kind of attempt at clarifying the address. Weird business strategy. I then shifted the address to a NYC address, but of course the package will arrive after we've left. All in all, pretty incompetent operations management. Don't allow shipping to Puerto Rico if you don't understand that addresses here don't follow the same neat boxes from the United States. At the very least, they should have offered to expedite the shipping to arrive at the time it would have arrived has it been processed correctly on March 31st.

I ordered my Shapermint products on 3/16 it is now April 2nd and still don't have my products or a shipping date. I had to contact them to find out my order was held up because they didn't have one of my items. The professional thing to do would be to contact me and let me know but instead I had to contact them and get messages back and forth through Facebook messenger. I explained the. How inconvenienced I was and that fell on deaf ears. I will NEVER order from them again. If I don't have my product in the next 3 days I will be canceling my order and requesting a refund. Bad business!

I placed an order and used a coupon which took my order from $104.00 to $78.00 once I completed the transaction, it charged me $189.00. When I noticed about five mins later I request a cancellation per online chat they keep giving me the run-around. I was transferred from Rachel to Wendy to Lorissa all of who was no help. This has happened to me twice. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!. AND I'M CONTACTING BBB AS WELL AS FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD.

I ordered a bra that was awful. I ordered it because it was rated so high by reviewers. After I received it and saw how bad the bra was, I went back to read the reviews again. It was then I discovered that if you sort from "low to high", there are lots of bad reviews - but they were all shown as 5-star ratings! When I tried to contact Shapermint through their website, their "chat" and "messenger" services only take you to a computer generated answer list and not to an actual person. Their use of 5 stars for poor ratings is false and unethical!

I wear S usually, but M Shapermint wireless bralette is still too small. Had to return that one. Material for the Truekind Daily Comfort wireless is too thick, not breathable. I will keep them but I will not wear them in the summer. Also from the photo, you can tell the inconsistency in their sizing. I ordered both styles in M (magically), otherwise I would have to return everything. Slow shipment! I ordered on Mar 8, they shipped on Mar 10, did not receive till Mar 17. The biggest bummer - a charge of $4.95 for return. But they claim themselves to be hassle-free. This customer will now be free from buying again from this company. That is true "hassle" free!

In Aug 2021, I ordered 2 cami's and a pair of shaper shorts. To this day, I have never received the shorts nor a refund. I have contacted them over and over again. They say they will ship the item out right away, then I get an email stating that they are out of stock but will ship as soon as available.To be out of stock for 6 months is very unreasonable.The least they could do is refund my money. Very disappointed with this companies ethics.

I bought an item from this company and so called joined the membership program I have tried to reach out to them to pl stop my membership several times and am unable to reach a real person. The time I contacted a so. Called ai they are never able to sing an account with my email address I keep getting flooded with ads for and are not able to find an account yet my bank statement is being billed monthly.

Answer: This company is a scam. They will not accept returns, issue no refunds leaving you with a product you don't want and can't use. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
