I'm so frustrated. I ordered and paid my items May 18 and it has not been delivered to date. I have sent 6 email follow ups on the initial email they sent and no one is responding to me. So disappointing!

They are all BOTS - I asked to cancel an order minutes after placing it on a holiday weekend and by the time they got back to me they inform me I missed the cancellation window. I asked to change the ship to address - all I get is a BOT response with no info. I have tried to get tracking after a week of ordering and all I get is a BOT response. Impossible to deal with. Still no info on my order. No tracking, no confirmation of shipping, no confirmation of the change of address. I'd be lucky if my item arrives by the end of the year. I have no doubt a BOT will respond to this...

I'm not happy with this company.
Placed my order, and several days later received an email stating my items were not in stock, however they'd send a replacement.

They told me to respond whether or not I wanted the replacement or to wait for my item to come back in stock. I, naturally, chose to wait for what I wanted. They then proceeded to bill me and send the replacement item anyway.

I'm now forced to pay to return the items I specifically told them to not send to me. The "customer service" was ridiculous. I was finally sent the link for the return label and the person was incredibly rude and hostile about it.

Lost a few bucks, but lesson learned. Caveat emptor!

The first time I ordered from Shapermint I was impressed with the product and there was no issue. The second time there was an issue with receiving my order as it was constantly delayed which has yet to be resolved. It was a small order so I believed it may be an anomaly based on my first experience. My next order, they had released previously out of stock items on sale. I received confirmation and payment was taken of my order, the next morning I received a notice saying the items I ordered were out of stock and they have sent instead two completely different items. When I reached out to the help desk (immediately after receiving the email) I was informed that the substitutions had already been processed in the warehouse and they offer free exchanges so I would have to wait until I receive them before I could contact them again, send them back, to get a free exhchange or possibly a refund. When I reiterated that they were not the items I ordered and I did not want them just a refund I was told that was not possible and they had no other option. I will not be ordering again as I have no faith in the order process. The product is great when you get it accurately but that does not happen consistently.

I unfortunately have to leave a poor review for this company. I placed an order on May 10,2022. I never received my product which was due to arrive on May 18,2022. Shapermint did finally tell me the product was out of stock and that they would send me another "similar" item, which I never received. I tried to contact the company via email and text and kept getting standard "robot" responses. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal that I got a quick reply and then they told me there was nothing they could do because the order was placed. After again replying through PayPal that I would like my refund because my order was not showing that it was placed I finally got $60.00 of my $60.98 refund. Do not deal with this company as you continue to get the run-around and they will not send you the product you order. Their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered an item for a wedding. I paid extra for faster delivery. The item had not even been shipped yet the day before the wedding. I contacted customer service because I wanted to cancel the order. Not only did I not get it in the time that they said I would, but now I am out the money I paid for faster service. I had to go and buy the item elsewhere at the last minute. Customer service never responded after multiple attempts. The wedding was days ago and I still don't have my item. And I certainly don't have a refund. I will never order from Shapermint again and I will tell everyone I know not to order from them.

I saw Shapermint advertisements on Facebook, and the bras that they advertised looked like bras that would be comfortable in the hot summer months. I decided to order just one bra to give it a try. If I liked it, I would purchase a couple more bras, but it seemed wise to start with just one. Imagine my surprise then, when on my credit card statement, there were two charges from Shapermint, one for the bra I had ordered, and another, even higher charge for something else. With some investigating, I discovered that Shapermint decided to sell me a two-pack of bras and charged me for them without my permission! They just used my credit card information and charged me for items I didn't even want! I contacted customer service, during the correct business hours, but no matter what options I chose on their voice menu, I was unable to get a live person to speak to me or to even text with me. I resorted to emailing about my problem. At first, I got some auto-generated emails that were useless in helping with me, so I complained bitterly in an email and said that I would post one star reviews if I did not get my money back for the bras that I did not order. Also, time was passing, and the three bras I was charged for were lost in the mail somewhere. My bitter complaints actually got some attention. A real person responded and said that ALL of my money, the charges for all three bras was going to be returned to me. I have waited beyond the five to ten business days that I should wait to have my money refunded, and NOTHING has been refunded to my credit card account. I reached out to customer service again, and received a useless email that was unrelated to my complaint. I guess I am never going to get my money back, and I have three bras here that are too big for me, even though, yes, I did carefully follow the sizing charts. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD in ordering something online.

If you order an item from this company and they don't have it in stock they will just send you an email telling you that they will send a completely different unwanted item as a substitute.

If you contact their customer service they will not have an available human customer service rep to stop this item from being shipped to you. If you got to their Customer Zen service you will send a notice telling them not to substitute the unwanted item. The responses with be computer generated so they will not address your concern.

Your email box will be bombarded daily with Shapermint sales advertising the very items they claim they can't ship you because they are out of stock.

They will never ship the item to you. When you correspond with the Shapermint online customer rep on their website they will always tell you that the items are in stock and that you will be shipped 24-48 hours after your conversation. A few days after this conversation you will receive an email telling your that the items that they said were in stock just the day before is out of stock and they are now refunding your money.

You will be caught in the never ending hell of the order wasn't shipped because an item was out of stock email and the customer service fake promise of the order will be processes in 24-48 hours. If you try to get them to confirm whether or not the item is in stock and when it will be shipped they will offer you a full refund.

How do they stay in business?

What a $#*!-hole company.

This company isn't trustworthy. I paid for a product I haven't received and don't even have tracking information on. Do not waste their money. I asked for a refund since I don't even know my order has shipped, but they said it's too late. It's been 2 weeks now and customer service says it could be another 2 weeks. They can't tell me where the product is shipping from.

This company is a scam.
Placed a 400$ order.
Received no tracking number, order status says unfulfilled.
It's been 3 weeks.
Cannot reach any form of customer service. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer or respond to phone calls.
It is all robots and computer scammers when you try to reach customer service.
They finally responded to a negative review I posted on "trustpilot" and all the robot computer that responded sent me was a link to Facebook messenger.

Please save your money! And time … this company is NOT LEGIT!

I have now filed a complaint via my credit card company, as I have received no product, cannot reach this scam "company", and have been charged $400.

GO TO SKIMS, KNIX, ANYEHERE ELSE! There are so many great and legit companies that provide these types of products

I ordered black bikini bottoms from Shapermint. It took them over a month to fulfill the order, and when I finally received it, it was the wrong color. After going back and forth with them, they refunded the price of the item, but refused to refund the $6.95 shipping charge. When I questioned this, they referred to their refund policy, and said that black was out of stock so they sent me a different color.

I feel that I never received what I ordered, and I should have been refunded the entire amount, including shipping.

Beware of this company, it is a rip off!

You would think in this day and age a company would be able to respond to a simple email asking for order status. But no, it's an answer bot on the helpline, created a ticket, got a form email and still no idea where my order is. I have attempted this every other day since the 5 business day shipping period is over. Tried calling customer service, option 1 to track order, sent to vm. Called back, gave option 3 a try, disconnected the call. Will be contacting better business bureau.

China made! Need I say more. Over-priced and way too tight, does nothing. No shaping to it. It just flattens everything including breast flat. This is my 2nd attempt with this company. 1st time was eartly March, after 30 days I get a letter they are out of stock. What do I want to do. I ask how long before stock returns. I take refund at 5 weeks. 2nd time they only took 35 days to deliver product. It is hiugh priced for what you get and a 3XL doesn't fit a large.

I'm done with Shapermint.
After a year of working from home, I decided to start wearing more comfortable bras. I bought a number of Truekind bras based on the ads in my Pinterest feed. The bras weren't exactly perfect for me, but I'm an odd size. (I wear a 32F.)They certainly were more comfortable than my old, exorbitantly expensive underwire bras. I also bought some shapewear that was a little too big to be effective.

Shapermint's sizing calculator doesn't seem to be accurate for me. I should've just guessed my size.

I later ordered a few bras for my mom (who has dementia and needs something supportive and easy to wear)
None of the bras really fit; the band on mine is too loose and rolls up, the band for my mom's bras are too tight and the provided extender digs in - however they're affordable and more comfortable than anything else I have right now.
I ordered a few bras for my teenage daughter about a month ago. She's built like me with a small torso and a large cup size. I can't speak for how those bras fit…because they haven't arrived yet.
I've reached out to customer service several times about the delayed order. They say it's the shipping carrier's fault and offer me coupons. At this point, I've bought all the bras I ever will from this company.

Online businesses need to be very careful to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Amazon's products arrive in a few days and they set a benchmark.
Shapermint sends out a barrage of marketing spam…an avalanche of sales and coupons and reminders. I get several emails and texts from them every day. It's annoying and I resent the fact that they're trying to sell me more bras but haven't gotten me the damn bras I ordered a month ago.
Shapermint is a mediocre company with a less than fantastic product, an irritating marketing strategy, and problems with their shipping carrier.

First of all, this item is so sheer, there is NO modesty to it at all. You need a padded bra with this to have any modesty. Second, when I requested a return and refund I was told they charge $4.95 fee to return. Now when I get the refund, they deducted $11.90, not the $4.95 quoted. I was told their return policy is on the web... I replied your return policy says "no hassle returns." This is not no hassle. This is bad business and I won't shop with them again. BTW I purchased directly through their website.

I placed an order on 04/25/2022 and I still have not received my order.
They sent me a tracker email on 05/13/2022 and I checked it today, it's still showing that it's on it's way to DHL. This is getting ridiculous!
I don't recommend buying from them at all.

I Placed an order on April 18,2022. Paid extra for Fedex shipping so I could receive products quickly and have not received products. Talked with a customer service rep and after some time was assured my order had shipped. Still waiting.

I never had a packing slip when my order arrived. No way to get a real response it's all automated. If you don't have your packing slip you do not have an order number and there is no way to get it. I am going to the credit card company to file a complaint. This is a total rip off when you can not return or exchange unless you have an order number and there is no way to get it from the company!
