I ordered over $250 of merchandise placed August 30th. Just spoke with DHL and they haven't received the package from shipper. Shapermint has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE JUST BOTS! Which continue to say the order is on its way allow 4-8 days to process and 8-10 days to ship. Also never received 70% discount. RED FLAG! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a pair on August 27th for an upcoming event. I paid priority shipping so I would have it on time. Today is the 7th of September and still no product. The day of the event has come and gone so I messaged that I wanted a refund and suddenly, they have a tracking number and it's just now getting ready to ship, so no refund and I don't need the damn thing now! I would never order from them again. Especially now that I have seen how many returns they have had. Wish I had seen it sooner.

I got an offer to get free boy shorts for labour day and I spent over $100, however the shorts did not show up on my cart, so I emailed them. They told me that they sold out of the shorts and I can have either a large or wait for the medium size. Told them I will wait for the medium size and to ship complete. I was told they already shipped my order, and now the said "their system doesn't allow " to ship the shorts for free and I have to spend another $50 to get free shipping. I will be returning all their products and never buy again. This is false advertising

I was kindly informed by Shapermint's customer service that they aren't a scam company as I did receive my products. So I'd like to rephrase to say Shapermint is like a charity... buy from them if you like giving away FREE money!
Here are reasons you should not buy from Shapermint
1. You'll place an order... but wait, half the products you ordered aren't available.
2. You'll wait a hefty amount of time for your order; mine took 6 weeks!
3. You'll be met with the WORST customer service when trying to process a return/ exchange, and its not as hassle free as they say.
4. Their shapewear is SUB-PAR, at best.
I warn you... stay away. They are up to no good. If I could warn any woman time and again of bad companies, Shapermint would be no. 1.

I totally agree with the other comments about reading reviews before purchasing from this business. I wish I had done that before buying. I ordered five bras and two cami tops. When my purchase was submitted it did not take off the correct amount of the discount that was offered. So then came the "chat" with a person who could not do the basic math to obtain the correct percentage of a discount. She was somewhat challenging with me. I told her that I wanted to just cancel the order if the discount offered was not going to be honored. She replied that the items were already being prepared for shipment. After much "chatting" she finally credited my purchase for the correct amount of the discount. She told me that I could use the higher discount I received on a future order. I told her that I did not even want the current order so why would I order again. But she insisted that the items were already preparing for shipment. Ironically I received an email a few days later that the items "preparing for shipment" were delayed which makes me question why my order couldn't have been cancelled in the first place as I had requested. I received my items. The size 3x camis might fit a 100 lb person... definitely not me! I could have suffocated in that cami if I had left it on for one minute. The 3 X bras are not true to size, have too much padding for a larger breasted person, are flattening, bands roll up, and are not comfortable. I tried to convince myself that they would become comfortable, tried one on for about 15 minutes and couldn't stand that it was digging into my back, I could feel the hooks, and band rolling up even while I was just sitting down. So back they are going minus the $ 4+ that they charge for a return fee. I think it's terrible for any company to charge a return fee if they want to keep your business in the future. Overall, a bad experience and I will not order from this company again.

I received my order. Said if I signed up for SMS, i would get a free pair of boy shorts. Customer service gal KENDRA was very very unqualified. I am certainly NEVER ordering from this fraudulent company, and I will definitely spread the word. TERRIBLE. I will post on Google reviews as well

I will never order from this company again, based on shipping alone. Their process on tracking is horrible. My shipment has not been updated in the past 7 days. Their chatbot is useless. There are far too many other options where you can receive your order in a timely fashion, to waist time on this. When checking out it says 4-8 business days. This is a lie. Oh

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and the first warning I got was the shipping was delayed. With my job I know this can be a day or two, but not significantly. Then I got the tracking and saw that they were being shipped from China. Of course, they were blaming it on delays with the shipper and not telling the truth. When they finally arrived 3 1/2 weeks later, they were the cheapest, ugliest leggings I have ever seen

I ordered over a month ago. When I reached out a week ago I was told that my order was packaged and waiting for a courier. Once I confirmed my address I was told my order would be reprocessed? I asked why my original package, waiting for a courier, could not be shipped but I was not given an explanation. I asked for a refund instead but was told that was not possible since my 'new' order was ready for shipping. I still have heard nothing. My experience with Shapermint has been dodgy and they have not been honest with me. I will NEVER purchase with this shady organization again. Buyer beware.

I placed my order on August 7th, and it hasn't even been shipped yet, and by the way… if you aren't happy with your order, and you decide to cancel it, they will not honor your request, if you are trying to cancel after the first hour since you first placed your order. When got last order i had decided to try some of the bottoms two came in the wrong size and when i looked at size i had ordered felt there was no way they would fit i got on line they sent me a ticket number. I responded back i needed to return several items. Ive sent that back to them with verying levels of frustration because they never responded back to me last time ill order from them because i bought 2 bundles of bottoms i can never wear and cant get a response back from them on how to return snd its been a month since i received the order.

Its been two months I paid and waiting for my package, only to be told my package was returned to sender. They claimed that there were numbers missing from my address… this weee repeated several times with emails sent back and forth. Still no package. I am over $60.00 Canadian out of pocket and no items.

Ordered Aug 2. Got a message saying one item was out of stock (PANTS) and so they substituted & shipped leggings. BUT I dont want leggings, so they tell me I will be able to "exchange." Ah, but I want a refund. So we will see how it plays out. Also, got charged for shipping $10 when promo said free shipping over $100. Well, mine was! Finally, I haven't got the shipment and now am told I may have to pay DUTY! I ordered this from Shapermint Canada... BEWARE FOLKS, Save yourself the trouble. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
