A rating of a one is generous if a zero was a choice that's what I would choose. Waited six weeks for flashlights and still did not get. Called to cancel order said they would refund my check and I should get in 5-7 buss days. It's been two weeks now and no check. Called again and they said the request was made two weeks ago but not processed. They said they can process another check that will take another 5-7 days. Not going to play the 5-7 day game. This is a company that the government should shut down for fraud. Marketing something they can't deliver in a timely manner.

The Shadowhawk Flashlight is a Chinese made $6.00 flashlight that is Marketed by Shadowhawk for 10 x more than other identical flashlights!
This is the BEST example of deceptive marketing practices I've seen in a long time. IF you Fact Check their claims you will Not find one! "Government wants to recall dangerous flashlight" I checked Every agency I could including the FTC, who would handle such a matter... they laughed... "No we aren't recalling any Flashlights".
The "Military LED technology" may be used in their flashlights (like 100's of others) BUT Shadowhawk is NOT a Military vendor. Check it out... its public information.
I compared 6 other identical flashlights I found on the internet all under $10 each to the Shadowhawk... virtually NO difference... it is NOT brighter than any other comparable flashlight that I could find... A lumens test is a Lumens test... these units look like they are all made by the same manufacture and just branded differently.
Go to gun show or a store that sells "tactical" gear and compare... the difference is blindingly clear... making true the old statement "you get just what you pay for" except with the Shadowhawk -- you don't-- STEER CLEAR and DON"T BUY
It is not against the law for you to pay 10 x more than you need to for any product, It is however illegal to knowingly use deceptive practices in marketing a product and the Shadowhawk website and advertising campaigns are full of deceptive /misleading statements.
A POSITIVE NOTE; the plastic case it comes is good for storing / keeping things in once you throw away the Shadowhawk.
IF after reading ALL these reviews and you still but a Shadowhawk --- you deserve what you get.

I too ordered 2 flashlights and chargers of Feb 28 and have not received anything, other than a shipping number and saying they are back ordered. If they are for real they should have caught up on back orders by now. I think we need to file complaint on better business bureau and go to amazon.

I ordered 3 flashlights and 3 rechargeable batteries on Feb 7,2016. They charged by CC on Feb 8. I called them once about three weeks ago and was told they expected an order the following week. I have a UPS tracking number, that is several weeks old. I sent their support a msg this morning telling them to ship the order immediately since my account was charged on Feb 8th. If they do not reply and ship the merchandise by Wednesday. I will dispute the charge on my CC. Two things could happen. 1. They ship the order. 2 I get my money back and go elsewhere.

I ordered a Shadowhawk flashlight. Took the money but did not deliver product. When I called them they did answer the phone and cooperated. They said the product was on back order. I canceled the order after waiting 3 weeks and they reversed the charge right away. I have no Idea how good the actual product is as I never received it. If you search Amazon online you will find a large selection of similar products. More powerful with all the bells and whistles for less money. I give them 2 stars for refunding my order in a timely manner.
