I had some problem with my Yaris and called up ServiceMyCar.ae. I did not realize that it would the biggest mistake of my life. They picked up the car and it took them 2 full days just to check the car (not sure if they did it). On the third day they called me up and asked me what was the problem. I mean, cmon. What did they do in the so called "diagnosis"? And when I told them the problem, they promised me with a computer generated report (most probably is Fake) and told me I'd get a quotation. Now is the best part. The quotation was around 3200 AED for radiator complaint when the actual radiator assembly costs only 210 AED plus labor charge. I was disgusted by the ridiculous pricing and told them I want my car back and not interested in their service. And guess what. I was charged 625 AED for just checking the which I'm sure they didn't. Also they held my car for 4 days during which I had to go by taxi to work. Overall a nightmarish experience and I would gladly advise everybody not to prefer ServiceMyCar.ae.

NOTE: I fixed my car from OpenBonnet.ae for 450 AED (including labor) and the service was five stars.

If you don't want your care to get damaged at the workshop that changes oil and filter over 48 hours, just block this provider and report them to the government authorities in concern

I don't normally write any reviews but I feel I need to for this company. Please stay well clear, do not use. The price is attractive but you get what you pay for!

Honestly guys... Where do they get these part prices from - parallel universe? I feel like I own a Bently instead of 207 Peugeot. All it took is to google for a part catalogue to reveal the level of misinformation your garage partners apply to your poor customers... 580 aed for a pair of rubber bushings that online shop has for 30 aed each? Are you serious? Engine mount 870 aed? 2 stabilizer bushings 280 aed? These are simple rubber parts! I am very disappointed by the quoted prices that totaled up to 7000 aed. This is only for some spark plugs and suspension elements... I don't even want to think about the cost of engine repair or gearbox ovehaul that they would charge for... Mother of God... I would never recommend this service to anyone but my worst enemy. The mobile application is a good idea, but please double check your partnered service companies and their price policies. I am using your service for the first time and this is what I get...
Also inspection videos are not allighned properly when being viewed from the app. I'm running Android.
I hope your management gets to see this feedback and actually do something to monitor their car service partners.

Lured in by their ads on various ARN radio channels, sent my car for service. It was a complete fiasco. PIck up was one hour late. It took them 6 hrs+ to send the so called health check. Another 16 hours to get the price estimates and then a promise to deliver the car after another 8 hrs. One could get the car turned around in one third of the time from dealer service.
Initial promotion price of AED 249 is misleading. They add labour and parts subsequently. E. g just to check a flickering tail light, trouble shooting charges are AED 170, yes AED 170 and then price of replacement bulb. Labour charges for front and rear diff oil change guess... AED 340.
Please stay away if you can.

Do NOT use this company! Worst experience ever! They took my car and indicated on the receiving record that my service book was taken by them. The return record shows the service book is not in the car. I raised a complaint and Athina & Laavan from the complaints department said they will look into it. This was on 28 July. Numerous follow ups from my side is not being acknowledged and no response! Obviously selling a car without a service history will impact the re-sell value, however their response (TO AN ISSUE THAT THEY CREATED) is to ignore it and hope it will go away. Unfortunately it will not...

I took a major service for my car, then they call me for replacement some of my parts. The total I had spend AED 3965. The next day when they dropped my car, I found out they were stolen my cash, around AED 700, because I usually put some money only for in case some place accept cash only, they never admitted they stolen my money, unfortunately I have no evidence to proving I put my money in the car. I have had a really really really terrible experience with this company. Please don't make the same mistake as I made for service your car in this terrible company.

Had a worst experience with them. Trusted them with the service and repair of my Audi Q7 and completely regretted it. Very unprofessional service, shabby quality of work. When I got my car back, a part below the seat was broken, car was very dirty with marks on the steering. AC was not working. Had to sent the car back. The only thing they do is pick up and drop your car. That's it. Complete nightmare.

Don't have to look further than the other reviews here for a confirmation of what was just stated. The service is an absolute scam. The customer representative tried helping me as best as they could but it truly is a scam.

I'm expected to pay 700 AED for them to tell me my car doesn't start. Why do you think I asked them to take it. The quoted prices are ridiculous.

Sent the car for 120km major service, along with break pad change and some spares. Usually it takes a max of 1 day in authorised service center and here its been 3 days already and am still waiting. Escalations do not help. All that I got was empty promises about delivery, that too after calling them for over 50 times in 3 days. They took 1 day to send me the quotation, 1 day for them to procure spare parts and now its over 1 day to fix the parts and am still waiting...

These people just do not understand how auto service works. Go there only if you are OK to leave ur car for 3 days or more for routine service. God knows what would happen in case of a major issue with the car... They probably assumed that its just OK for the customer to be without a car for few days or atleast thats an idea I get from their casual attitude. Overall a very poor customer service

Its useless to go with servicemycar, they will damage your car in the name of diagnosing and bill you what all they could. It is not the service they are doing to your car but the damage. Better to stay away...

Did not have to wait long for the appointment and they came quickly to pick my car and drop back to my location. Service done in a timely manner. This is my third time using ServiceMyCar. Will return again as needed. Thanks to all your staff for being courteous and doing a great job.

I would stay away from using this company, I have had a nightmare dealing with them.

I used service my car for simple repair, I was 1) told by them I needed the battery replacing (given my battery was under warranty I informed them to leave this and I would take it else where to be changed, on taking to a different service center they told me nothing was wrong with the battery, it was perfectly fine) so I could have wasted money here on a job that was not needed.
My car was also returned to me with an awful clicking sound that wasn't there before service.
It also took the company 4 days to return my vehicle, after constant calls and promising of delivery and then the vehicle not showing up.
Infuriating experience and I would not use this firm again.

To say that I'm incredibly disappointed with the service provided by servicemycar.ae would be a great understatement. From the lack of communication to the quality of work provided, not one element of my service went smoothly. I had sent my car in, a Volkswagen Touareg, in to have it serviced and to have the lights, sunroof, and mirrors looked at. Within the first few days, it was clear that I was in for a rocky road. It had taken four days for anyone to get back to me with a quote. A quote that did not mention any of the points I had asked them to look at. The first quote was roughly AED5,000. I called the call center and after being promised that someone would call me back, no one did. So, I called back later that day, where I was helped by the same person who previously told me that he would be call me back after five minutes. After two days, I received my second quote, this quote was for an impressive AED26,000. The reason? They quoted parts for a Porsche, which would be great if I drove a Porsche. Regardless of the cars being made by the company, it still does not justify sourcing Porsche parts. Another two days of trying to source an accurate quote later, I was quoted AED8,100. None of which, except for the mirror switch, was for work that I had asked them to look at. After another few days, I was quoted for more work, which I refused as, given the time we are in, do not have an endless supply of money to rebuild a car. After three weeks, yes – three whole weeks, my car was finally returned (this I was told it would be delivered on Friday, only to arrive on Sunday night). When the car returned, the first thing I checked were the mirrors, I had paid AED875 for a mirror switch, after all, so I wanted to make sure it worked. It didn't, the mirror hardly moved so I asked the driver to call the manager, who then told me that I was informed that mirrors were old and would not actually move. Excellent customer service. Not only wasn't I told, but I had also just paid an obscene amount of money for a cute accessory. Also, I was also happily told the parts they had worked on had been thrown away, despite me asking them several times to keep. I sent the car back, only for it to return the next day with the same issue. Something the driver was happy to point out could be resolved by just using my finger to move the mirror. Desperate to just end my relationship with the company, I took my car to my local garage and asked him to please check my headlight. Within minutes he had found that some of the wires had been stripped, and some had been cut. While there was glue and screws in areas that should never see either. My local garage was able to fix my light within an hour and charged me AED900 to fix the light and to rewire the entire car. He said that if the matter wasn't treated the car could have caught fire. Nothing like spending AED8,100 to hear that. I called servicemycar.ae, who as I expected said "it was in this condition when we received it" – if it was (which I know for a fact it wasn't), what kind of car service company releases a car that is a fire hazard? How does it pass the quality control test? Long story short, I waited three weeks for a car that came back as a fire waiting to happen. The lack of communication can only be described as unprofessional and incredibly annoying I will never use servicemycar.ae ever again. The company takes no responsibility for the stripping and cutting of the wires, the lack of communication, and the severe lack of professionalism shown.
