I ordered flowers on Monday for a friend's Birthday Tuesday. I was kept up to date with delivery details via email and they were delivered on time. I asked my friend to send me a photo of them as I've been disappointed in the past by other florists. No need to worry this time. They were lovely. An all round excellent service. Will definitely be buying again from Serenata.

I live in the Netherlands and ordered flowers for my mums birthday. They were late to be delivered as I was given a time between 10:50 and 11:50 and they arrived at 13:10. When they arrived the box was damaged and when I checked the flowers inside they were squashed and some of the roses were damaged. For what I paid I'm dissapointed. I was drawn to the Cala Lillys and the roses as the lily was a centerpiece and the roses were my bouquet at my mums wedding and we were eating at the place where my mum married her late husband in 2002. As they meant so much I now wish I had ordered from a florist.
Ordered online from miles away 2 weeks in advanced; the item was delivered on time and the recipient loved the product; couldnt ask for better service if I had chosen and delivered them myself

Appalling customer service, extremely difficult to get hold of - no telephone number and a ridiculous 'verification code' system that meant it was impossible to get hold of anybody about amending an order immediately after it had been placed. Finally managed to get an email response and was told the order could not be amended. No effort was made to try and resolve the situation despite the fact a duplicate order had been placed in error. Extremely unhelpful, rude and not customer focused at all. Avoid!
Have used several times in the past and flowers always look beautiful. However, when my friend sent me a picture I was most disappointed. Looked very drab and boring. Delivery was after 5pm in the evening... not when I would expect flowers to be delivered. I will shop about before deciding to purchasing again

Ordered a basket of pink flowers, pink card and a pink balloon for the birth of my niece.
Flowers and card all good but for some strange reason a blue balloon with... its a boy on it was attached. You couldn't make it up!
