The flowers were bought for my mother-in-law as a thank you. She was delighted with them saying that they are beautiful! If she is happy then that pleases me. Thank you
Ordered a funeral basket of lilies and white roses. The lilies had not had the stamens removed and they stained the lilies and other flowers. The condolence card was huge - the size of a full greeting card - it was totally out of place, size and picture wise - but this was the only choice.
Passed the test of experience. If my 92 year old Aunt says thay are lovely, they are lovely! Delivered as promised and nice and fresh. Thanks for cheering up her day after a spell in hospital. (Think the discount price is more realistic than the 'actual' price).

Placed order for a friend but realised straight away that I had put incorrect address. Tried to contact customer services but no telephone number, only email. By the time my query was acknowledged it was too late to amend the order! Waste of money.
I am probably not the first to do this and definitely won't be the last, but I certainly will not be using this site again, nor recommending them.
Not very proficient at ordering online but found procedure very easy. Good to be informed when flowers were on their way and when they had been delivered. Never used Serenata before but will do again
Ordered sunset serenade, there were no carnations (should have been 5), there was 1 rose, (should have been 5 of these too), there were NONE of another advertised flower and the corn was mouldy complaints process is pathetic and then they had the audacity to try and fob me off with a 50% refund! The flowers they sent bore no resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised. Will not be using Serenata flowers again, basically paid £30 for a bunch of chrysanthemums VERY DISAPPOINTING SERENATA
Flowers not delivered now I have to work out how to get my money back and send flowers to the recipient with someone else
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and she said she had not received them by 8 pm. When I looked on line I realised that the flowers could be delivered up to 9pm! This wasn't made clear when I ordered the flowers and because of this my friend did not get the flowers until she got home from a birthday meal at 11.30!

Ok product, not quite as pictures, less blooms and less greenery. Disappointing. Not worth the 'bargain' price imho.
The flowers where superb. My wife loved them a lot. The came in the time frame and kept their part of the contract :). That is all I asked and it was perfect. I would use the website again.

Flowers arrived on time, next day delivery. They were absolutely stunning and in good condition, in a packaged box.
I live in the US and felt nervous about sending flowers overseas, but I was very pleased with how everything turned out. They were able to find the recipient based only on her name and the name of the hospital, they delivered them the day they said they were going to, and I received emails both when the flowers went out for delivery and after they'd been delivered. It gave me peace of mind to know they had been delivered safely, and I didn't have to spoil the surprise by asking anxiously if they had arrived. The recipient was pleased and so was I!
