Delivered almost with the post did just what was asked for would definitely use again. Price was great and the recipient was delighted made her day.
They promised much but delivered rather less unfortunately. My complaints:
1. I ordered a red vase, but got a clear one and that was badly smashed on arrival.
2. One of the flowers was a twig.
3. The delivery (Valentines Day) was very late.
Any one of these might have been acceptable, thats life and all that, but taken together they were a disappointment.
On the plus side, the flowers were nice and they instantly refunded the price of the vase, but overall I cant say I was impressed. Ill be sticking with a local florist in future.
I was pretty certain I didn't select a card but one was added. When I went back to remove it the date of delivery had been changed to next day but I did not expect this and did not notice. Explaining a oroblem by there contact website options is difficult as no options cater for this and there isn't a phone number available. The flowers themselves we very good but there needs to be a better way of making contact and some work doing on the website to avoid these problems.
The flowers that arrived on Valentines Day looked very tired and many were broken, generally a very poor product.
I would advise NO ONE to use this firm it is the most appalling service. There is no one you can talk to and it is through email. The company was supposed to send flowers to my sister before she went into hospital. They cost 37.97 and 9.99 was to have it delivered before 10.30. They have not turned up. This firm is an absolute disgrace and I am still waiting to hear from them with a refund. Please do not use them at all EVER. They were apparently delivered to the wrong house not my sisters dont know who and just have a picture of a tiny box by a porch door. Ludicrous firm.

I ordered the grande bouquet of 26 red roses and they are stunning. The blooms are outstanding. I was sent an email on the morning of the delivery date advising me of the hour time slot and they arrived on time. Definitely recommend. Were expensive but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.
We ordered for Valentines Day. This morning my wife, after seeing to them, said "Of all the flowers we have ordered online over the years, these are outstandingly the best". Thanks.

Where do I start? Firstly, ordered the flowers for my girlfriend for valentines, with the specific instructions of "knock hard". To which they didn't knock hard well they didn't knock at all!
They had left the flowers in a cardboard box outside her house when looking, it had been dispatched the day before... after opening, the rose petals were green from resting on the leaves for a whole day. The teddy bear that I had ordered for it was tacky, cheap and still left in its packaging. Finally, the card that I had ordered with a cleverly and cute note inside, was literally, a piece of paper with a picture printed on the front folded in half and inside read my note in the smallest and ugliest comic sans font. Will not be recommending and will never be using again. To think a 16-year-old would try and be disappointed. By a flower place nonetheless.
I ordered flowers from NZ to be delivered in London 2 days later. Flowers arrived on time and looked exactly as was ordered. I received emails when the flowers were ordered, dispatched and delivered. Very impressed with the service.
Flowers arrived on valentines for my fiancé were on the verge of dying and poorly presented. However, serenata flowers were quick to offer a refund or resend the flowers. So although the flowers were not good at all the customer service was excellent which is why I have given 3 stars.
My auntie was thrilled with the flowers. She said they were really beautiful. I was so pleased to have email confirmation that they were on their way and another saying they'd been delivered. Thank you!

I had high hopes when I looked at your website.
But the flowers my aunt received were no where near as good as the bouquet I had picked on your web site. There was surpose to be 19 stems & there was only 14 & far to much foliage.
Such a shame because ordering & my aunt receiving on time was all good.

My step mother absolutely adored the flowers in the basket. She said the colours were beautifully chosen. Even my dad commented on the colours!
Just one niggle, during the purchase I was asked what to write on the card. I assumed the card meant the little card with the flowers. However, I was charged for a large card. I was told by my sister (I havent seen them) the card they received was cheap and had a big tear in the corner. I little downer on my gift.
Although the flowers arrived on time for valentines day. They only lasted 3 days!
Although cheaper than other suppliers unfortunately they haven't lasted long at all.
