Great place to send flowers from have used them on numerous occasions. Only had a problem once and customer services sorted it out immediately.

The friend to whom I sent the orchid plant sent me a photograph and her daughter contacted me to say the plant was lovely.
I ordered the plant after 8.30 pm on Thursday and it was delivered in a remote area the following early afternoon.

Ordered flowers and a balloon for my sick mother in hospital.
Was contacted on the day to ask for an alternative address, as apparently the driver could not find the hospital, it didn't turn up at the alternative address either, now 9 days later and two emails to the company, no response.
Easy to order, good prices, delivered as n when said. Constant updates of order. Recipient was thrilled with her flowers which were fresh and has picture showed.

Ordered flowers for my mum with next day delivery. I received an email to say they were on their way and then another to say they had been delivered. The flowers were much cheaper than Interflora, and other online retailers too.

Was very pleased with the ease with which I was able to send flowers to my best friend overseas the flowers were received on the day stated when ordering and I was told the flowers were beautiful when she got them. The price was fantastic and will definitely be using this company again.
I have ordered 5 or 6 times from Serenata Flowers and they used to be very reliable with their deliveries. However with the last 3 orders, I went with the same day delivery service, however they have failed to deliver on time for each occasion (deliveries arriving up to 4 days later in one instance). My latest order is still in limbo, currently 2 days late from date of ordering for same day delivery.
The customer service is prompt to respond via the 'Contact Us' option, however I have never felt this has actually resolved an issue to satisfaction, instead just providing lip service to the effect of "the recipient will get the flowers eventually, be patient".
Once the flowers do arrive, they do appear to be of good quality and the recipient has always been pleased. Only on one occasion was the quality lacking, however in fairness I had ordered something quite unusual that I'm not sure is regularly available in my area.
Once my current order is finally resolved and complete, that will be my last order with Serenata. Too many unsatisfactory orders have marred the whole experience and I will look to either a rival online ordering company or a local florist that can actually be trusted to meet expectations.
Id never used this company before. Always like to steer clear of the big guys. Ordered Monday evening for delivery next day. Flowers were delivered and left with neighbours as requested. My friend sent picture of the flowers and balloon, they look fine, a number had not yet bloomed. She was happy.
I ordered some flowers and a teddy for friends who had just had their 1st baby. These were delived the next day as promised and after being updated throughout with delivery status.

Apparently they are nice! Found it odd that my friend didnt mention receiving them! She would have, but there was no card! I even paid £2.99 for a get well card... very disappointed
