I have used Serenata for a couple of years now. Never failed on customer service. Recipient has just been "bowled over" by the flowers - would highly recommend and I would not use anyone else.
Ordered huge birthday arrangement - what arrived was 4 roses, a number of tiny blooms and lots of green foilage. I was embarrassed and mortified to have paid £45+ for equivalent of roadside flowers. Over half died within less than 48hrs, when I complained I was told to send photos. Although sent was told not received and nothing they could do as it was now the morning of day 4 not within 3 days. Shocked by poor customer service as have been ordering from Serenata for yrs. Will not be doing so again - do not waste your money!
This years orchid gift to my sister in Kilmarnock was a waste of money, the flowers were old and dropping off within days of arriving. Serenata were useless when I complained so thatis the end of me using them year after year. Customer service poor, flowers practically dead.
Brought flowers for my mum over a week ago and still looking beautiful will be definitely using them again for flowers.
My elderly aunt opened the box and soil and plants fell all over her lounge carpet. Our surprise gift ended up causing distress rather than joy. I'm not sure if the box was marked which way up to open it or if it had been handled badly. Mum managed to replant everything so it was ok in the end.
I ordered flowers online from Canada. They were delivered on time, and were loved by the recipient - but they did not look like the examples on the order page - fewer flowers. I was more disappointed than the recipient.
I have used Serenata flowers for a few years now since I live abroad. Easy to order and my mom always sends me pictures of the flowers and how beautiful they are. Never disappointed! Always on time!
Very easy to offer and navigate website. Kept fully informed through from order to delivery. Flowers ordered on a Saturday and delivered as requested the following day - Sunday. Will definitely use again, thank you

I ordered flowers on line from Crete to be delivered to Fleetwood. They were delivered at the requested time and the recipient was so pleased with the flowers that she contacted me, to thank me and to say how lovely the flowers were, the same day. I have not used SerenataFlowers before but have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I was very pleased with my choice.
I brought these flowers as a thank for a member of my team, I specifically chose Fairtrade flowers, when they arrived there was no messaging relating to Fairtrade, no Fairtrade label etc on the flowers. This is a real shame as a customer receiving them there was no way to tell that they are Fairtrade

I have used Serenata flowers quite a few times and prior to my latest order of 3 x Bouquet's for thank you gifts at my Daughter's Wedding, I would have, and have, rated Serenata 5 star, however for this order, on what should have been such a special day, the flowers were appalling and could not be given to the 3 people they were intended for. Sorry Serenata.
My best friend just gave birth to her very first child in the UK and I was nervous about sending flowers all the way from where I am based in Australia. I searched and searched for reasonable priced but beautiful bouquets in Romford and Seranata won me over wth their affordable and lovely looking bouquets and free delivery to boot! From the start their online service was second to none - constant updates on the order process, bouquet expected delivery and finally delivery itself. I never felt out of the loop all these thousands and thousands of miles away. Very happy with my choice and the only fault I had was with the photo my friend sent me upon delivery was the lack of Lillies in bloom. Upon further research I realised the bouquet I had sent was buds only but the photo online represented the Lillies in bloom. This is my only mild fault (partly due to my own assumption and lack of researching further) from an otherwise excellent experience!

I used Serenata Flowers to order 2 sets of flowers to be delivered to friends that had recently lost a relative. The flowers were delivered as stated and they sent me pictures of them which were really beautiful. I will most definitely be using these guys again. Highly recommend.
Flowers sat at their local depot for a whole day and were never delivered and still haven't been. Seranta offered a credit to make up for it but since the flowers were meant for a specific occasion it was a pretty useless offer.

Flowers arrived on time, unfortunately the flowers wasnt the ones ordered on line wrong colours completely not as advertised
