Bob was extremely helpful explaining the different plans that I was clueless to comprehend. I was overwhelmed and he helped me feel comfortable by his knowledge and talking to me in a clear and concise manner. I got off the phone and was very satisfied as to which plan I was going with. Oh and he had a great sense of humor and was very personal. He spoke English. A big plus these days
