I was treated throughout my enrollment in a patient and polite manner, with all my questions answered to my satisfaction.
I liked what I heard and having a great company name didn't hurt either! I wasn't planning to buy this soon, but I liked what I was hearing!
Thank you for your assistance in finding me a more responsible supplemental policy. Will I be able to pick the day of the month that my premium will be deducted? If so I would like that date to the 24th of the month.

Easy to change and people were most helpful
It was overall a good experience. The only difficulty was trying to do everything on the phone. I was happy that the person I spoke to spoke clearly and distinctly. As seniors get older it's often harder to take in so much information at once.
I have been telling people about Mr. Bache since my husband started his medigap program. Mr. Bache was very informative and the policy he suggested has been excellent. I contacted seniorhealthcaredirect to get a policy as good as my husbands. In the over 7 years my husband has had his policy we have had nothing but outstanding service.

Answer: Someone answers the phone promptly. The issue is the lack of knowledge and assumptions drawn by the people answering the phone. They usually take over the conversation instead of listening. Then draw an irrelevant conclusion. Look
