The worst Arrangement ever received

My husband ordered a few days before Valentines day, flowers were never received. Today, the day after Valentines, flowers were delivered. The roses, looked as they sat out and some of the petals were already falling off as I cut the ends to put in the water. The arrangement was $49.99, plus $4.99 for a tiny ballon, $14.99 for delivery, a total of $79.54. The picture advertised shows roses in a see-through glass vase, but they came in a roller up plastic, no vase. I told my husband that he should have gotten them at the corner stand for the horrible arrangement and the non-existent Valentines day delivery. Calling to request a refund!

This is the worst service ever. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day with a teddy bear and two balloons it never arrived. We called no answer a whole day later at 6:43 at night it was delivered without the bear or the two balloons!
The bouquet looks disgusting

Never recieved my order

Ordered flowers for Valentines for my wife, days in advance and never got them. They don't answer their phone and I was unable to contact them in any way. Had to rush at the last moment to get flowers at the grocery store... feels like a scam.

Poor quality and customer service

I ordered a nice bouquet for valentines day for my wife and she received what looked like floor cuttings with wilted roses thrown in and their customer service thought it was fair to charge $60. Don't waste your money.

Customer Beware

Unbelievably poor service. The company doesn't deliver on what they say they will do. Then you can't get hold of someone to help. Chat ended after 13 minutes of holding with no one picking up. Called and was on hold before anyone picked up. Automated system couldn't understand 9 basic numbers. Only to be topped off by speaking to someone who couldn't understand English and nor could she speak it. To make matters worse she put me on hold two more times for an additional 10 mins. Just a sunk cost and I gave up. If you need to send flowers, don't count on SendFlowers.

My order was to be delivered on Monday 2/13. I never received an email confirmation. I called, I requested details via chat and yet my daughter still never received her flowers for Valentine's Day.

I spoke to a supervisor (offshore) and was told the flowers could not be delivered because the flowers in the arrangement I chose were no longer available. I NEVER heard of such a thing happening and never received an email explaining the flowers could not be delivered. What florist does not replace flowers with something similar to what was requested? The supervisor could not reach anyone but assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day, Valentine's Day. I was offered an upgrade and a discount and yet… the flowers were still never delivered.

I understand Valentine's Day is the biggest and busiest day of the year for florists but lack of response to my inquiries and to cancel my order because they did not have a flower that was shown on the website and not be notified is unacceptable and poor customer service.

I obviously made a huge mistake not researching company reviews prior to ordering. Lesson learned the hard way!

Complete rip-off and SCAM! My boyfriend had told me he ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day and I never received them. The tracking number said scheduled for delivery all day and nothing came. Called the customer service phone number, the automated thing said the tracking number didn't exist! Also, no one picks up and tried the live chat and never got through to anyone. If you look up the address to this company it is under a completely different name "From You Flowers LLC" and phone number, but still no one answers. They delete comments of customers being dissatisfied on their social media pages, ridiculous. I recommend using 1800 flowers or a local florist instead. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dead Roses for Valentines Day

I could have got a better looking bouquet from the gas station. Not only were these flowers half dead, they were delivered not in their vase, but with it so that I could put it together myself.

My husband ordered 2 days before Valentines Day, here we are the day off and there is no order. We received an email saying delivered and it never was. Stayed on hold over 1hr on the phone and in chat separately, no one answers the phone. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Please keep your money, you are better off going to your local supermarket before paying for this bs.

Not using them again

I ordered flowers for my husband for Valentine's Day. They said they'd deliver before noon. It's after 7pm and he still hasn't received them. I tried contacting both the phone and online representatives. The online rep disconnected and I waited 36 minutes for the phone rep to tell me they're working on it. No $#*! bro. My order was 67$. Never using them again.

Total Rip off!

I ordered 20 tulips and 1 smiley face mylar balloon for Valentine's day (today), and my wife only received 12 tulips and not a smiley face! I just called them and I have been on hold for more than 22 minutes waiting to talk to someone regarding this mistake! The pictures below show what I ordered/paid for and what I received. You be the judge!

PS: I did get a hold of a live rep after 40 minutes on the phone and he agreed to send me another order in seven (7) days. Let's see what happens. If I don't receive the correct order, I will update this review.

Flowers were not delivered on the day they said and was not notified until it was too late to get them from somewhere else and customer service was absolutely horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

Do not order flowers through sendflowers.com. I ordered flowers to be delivered next day for a special occasion. They accepted my order. However, the next day, I received notice that my order wouldn't be delivered on the date requested. So I called to cancel the order for a refund. They refused to cancel the order and provide a refund. This company should not be allowed to continue to treat consumers this way. Wish I had read reviews before ordering with them.

Fed up with Sendflowers

I have used Sendflowers for years without any problem, but since December this is not the case. I placed an order for my mom for Christmas flowers. They said they were delivered via email, and despite numerous phone calls where they promised the same, the flowers never arrived. This past week I tried again. The money immediately comes out of my bank account but the flowers never arrived. I am FED UP. I will never use their service again!

Worst experience ever for a online retailer.

Promise alot but delved nothing. Ordered next day when promised same day and then wanted to deliver 3 days later after I paid extra. Can't understand the people on the 1800 number and tried to talk me out of a refund.
