I've been talking to Marlen and, in my opinion, he's the best manager ever. I'm so glad I started with the trial; it gave me time to set up the store and get a couple of online consultations on promotion. It's great that customers here aren't left to flounder alone in the turbulent sea of ecommerce; instead, they're helped with ideas and advice. This mentorship is invaluable at the early stages and gives the much-needed confidence boost.
With this company i spent over 1500$ This company sucks, they offer a sad service where you have to pay some good money for the HT store, with sad products, the theme they sold me was bugged, when i need help and send a message nobody helps me on nothing.
They not organized, one person can tell you some information and the other another one completely different the misinformation in this stpd company is really sad, and they teick ppl saying you buy them HT store packages and you get a store forever, this is not true, after you pay that store you have to keep paying 39$ a moth in order to have the store live.
In 1-10 i give less than 0 to this company, don't get tricked by them, you'll spend a lot of money and u wont achieve nothin,
Go from shopify thats is better believe me, all those promises from Sellvia/Alidropship are all fake, dont get tricked by good reviews you see from them, cause from my pov they payed ppl to do this, cause is impossible someone talk good about this company, no worker from this company is realiable, they should *** with a **** in they hearts these *****, sadest services I ever saw in my life, i really hope they die this *****

I've been considering a Sellvia store since last fall. In October, I talked to Jenny on Zoom and liked almost everything, but I was mainly hesitant about the payment gateways. PayPal doesn't work in all countries, and even when it does, there's no guarantee it will continue to work tomorrow. I'm a bit paranoid about that. Another major issue was the delivery times from the manufacturer's warehouse. How can I promise my customers delivery times when I'm not sure myself? While I was thinking it over, these guys launched their own payment system. One of the reasons for my hesitation disappeared. I signed up for the trial in March and have already got my first order. For now, I'm cautiously optimistic about my store, and we'll see how it goes from here.

I was won over by the free Zoom consultation and the variety of offers suitable for any budget and level of experience. On the downside, anything beyond the online store comes with a cost, such as SMM services, various add-ons, and additional products. This is one of the best dropshipping providers I've dealt with in four years. I really appreciate that they have ready-made product pages for a huge number of products, with quality photos and videos. It saves a ton of time if you're choosing products and adding them to the store one by one. You can play with pricing, even create combos or upsell. They also offer ready-made product packs. That's not my approach; I always choose products individually, but for those with a different approach, these packs can also save time and effort.

Am I satisfied with this company? Yes, absolutely! I purchased a store last winter, and in March they released their own payment system. Support installed it for me at my request, and now I have no issues with customers who don't have PayPal accounts. I launched my first ad campaign using their guides and under their supervision, and that campaign nearly covered the cost of the store and the gold package. Now I'm operating at a profit, and it's the best motivation!
