It was pretty easy to order and then install the blinds. There was one problem: I ordered one blind as an "outside" mount, but wanted it to fit tightly between two cabinets. I should have chosen "inside mount" so that the proper allowances were added for the brackets. The outside mount option doesn't take off any width for the brackets like the inside mount option. Since it was a simple roller blind, I just popped off the end cap and cut down the aluminum tube the blind was on, and then trimed the width of the fabric to match the tube, and then put the cap back on.

Everything I continue to purchase is quality and lasts. 3rd year in a row!
The Thank you Select Blinds

Ordering blinds was easy and the installation was a breeze. I only wish my blinds came with 2 each of the pulldowns. Even though they are less than 24", I find that I need to use both hands to pull down each blind so they lower evenly.

We have used Select Blinds in four different residences and have always been totally satisfied with the product and ease of purchase.

I got two custom blinds. They were easy to install and electric motors worked as intended. Only thing that I found a bit difficult was programming the electric motor. The instruction on programming the motor was not very clear. It would be helpful some additional explainer video links are also provided with a QR code in the instruction manual. Overall very happy with the product. Giving a 5-start rating. Planning to order more in future. Thanks you very much.

Shipping took about 4 days longer than expected, due to FedEx, not select blinds. There was one little defect. At the bottom of the blind, it is sealed by ultra sonic welding, on one side it never got sealed at the factory. Not too big of a deal, I super glued it shut. I will say this, the instructions for measuring could be clearer. I should be stated that the cassette will measure end to end what is ordered. I was under the assumption that the blinds itself was that measurement. When choosing a cassette, the with of the binds will be reduced by about 3/4" of an inch on both ends. It still worked out for me since I did a surface mount installation. The pull chain is plastic. It gives it a cheap look. Metal would have been better. I give 4 out of 5 stars.

Unable to retract one blind. Customer service won't respond.

Good service, got exactly what I ordered... But having a minimum character count on reviews is kinda ridiculous.

Easy to order, well made blinds. Had no problem installing them and they black out the light very well.

I had planned to order blinds for 6 large windows but decided to try out select blinds with one small window and I am grateful I did. I received the wrong product, the website was deciding, they would not refund and I will not be ordering any further blinds from them. The experience was disappointing and customer service was not helpful.

This was the second time that I have ordered blinds for an entire house. Filling out the order with sizes and custom options is exceptionally easy. They all arrived and fit perfectly.

Nice quality blinds and I Love the fabric! It was a great experience, took a little longer than expected to receive the order. The blinds are worth the wait.
