I have ordered from Select blinds before. I liked the original blinds. This new batch of blinds are made a little different. You lift up and pull down on both but the new ones, the only way to open is if you lift them. I like to sometimes tilt the slats but this style is difficult to get them tilted without lifting them up and exposing the window. They will do but I am a little disappointed.
Love these blinds, but reviewed my order and was given the wrong color luckily it is in the bathroom and we can make it work but it was upsetting.
Customer Service folks worked with us quite extensively to make sure we ordered the exact sizes and type of shade that we needed. Very happy with the result!
Seamless — the ordering process is very easy, with very clear instructions on how to measure. I always get a bunch of samples before ordering so I can see the product in my room and make a decision based off of the real colors.
The end cap on the rail had popped off in shipping due to the rod not being long enough to fit through both end caps. It took me two hours to disassemble, adjust and reattach the end caps because there was barely enough rod for the locking ring to grab on to( about 1/32") Hopefully, it won't fall out during use.
Not the material I thought the blind would be made of. Feels and looks like plastic. Didn't like, didn't use it.

Great product but the instructions on how to install and use the hardware are pretty much non existent.
I ordered a custom size blackout roller blind in white. It's a good quality and blocks out the light just like I wanted.

They provided videos with how to measure your windows depending on how you want them installed, per product, etc. Some things I never even thought of but was definitely necessary. They made it really easy to order and shipped so fast I thought I was even getting scammed because things usually take longer. Products arrived in good condition and really good quality as well. Extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be going back for motorized blinds next

We've purchased three of these blinds. One very large blind for our picture window (the widest measurement available) and two others for guest bedrooms. We've been impressed with the quality to price ratio and will purchase more. We've spent tons more on custom blinds in the past.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have ordered blinds from them multiple times in the past, but this time, the blinds I received had curved slats instead of the straight ones I expected. After inspecting the product, I checked the website and found no mention in the description that the blinds had curved slats. Additionally, several images in the product listing show flat slats, not curved ones. I never removed them from the box or took out any of the accessories.
I requested an exchange for the flat slat blinds and offered to pay any price difference if necessary, but I was told there are no refunds or exchanges. Given the product description, I don't believe the responsibility falls solely on me. The blinds were also standard sizes.
When I pointed out that the product's name, "SelectWave," didn't indicate that the blinds would be curved, I was told I should have known by the name alone. I tried explaining that many brands have names that don't relate to the product itself (e.g., Apple, Caterpillar, Red Bull, Fox, Diesel, etc.), but my concerns were not addressed. I also pointed out again that nowhere in the very long and thorough product description does it say anything about the slat being curved. I took screenshots of the photos and diagrams they show on the product page and emailed those in as well but still got the same response of no refunds or exchanges.
As a repeat customer, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. There is no phone number available for contact, only an email address. Every time I sent an email, I had to wait 2–5 days for a response. This experience has left me very frustrated and I will be posting this review to Google, The Better Business Bureau and the AG's office.

Very easy to install and beautiful to see. Love the fabric and it's lining.
Took longer than expected as it ships from Vietnam 3-4 weeks. Get the blinds with cords, it's hard to reach up to pull the blinds, pushing them up also isn't so great especially if you have a couch in front.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
