Page hard to navigate its like pulling teeth to get help. Blinds are the exact same blinds purchased from blinds.com that didn't last 18 months.

No Tools Mechanism Is Horrible

I ordered the Roman cloth shades, motorized and with no tools application. It was a nightmare! The head rail is actually cheap plastic of which the pop-in design kept slipping and wold not stay sturdy to catch and stay in place. Therefore, the shade kept crashing down. Took several calls plus email to their customer service and had to wait weeks for a replacement. The shades are tenuously hanging now and I'm afraid to touch them at all. Never again!

Superb Blinds

I love my blinds. I replaced nearly all my blinds and Roman shades in my home and was completely satisfied with quality of the products and the appearance. I already had compliments which may mean some future costumers. Costumer service was exceptional. I would definitely buy again from Select Blinds.

Easy to use website for ordering blinds. I recommend that during checkout to check the internet for better coupons than the company may be automatically applying to your card. I was able to find an additional coupon code that saved me an additional $50 off my order. Overall, I am happy with Select Blinds, but I wish they would apply the best available discount to your order instead of having to search 3rd party sites for one.

The rods on the blinds are too short.
I made several attempts to communicate with customer service and it was always difficult. They use only text chat for communication.
My rods on 9 windows are over 6ft off the floor and impossible to reach by many. And this is a handicap accessible home.
I have requested long replacement rods multiple times and the request was denied.
The pull cords are also too short and over 6ft off the ground. (10 ft ceiling, window height 9 ft) I requested extra cord and I would add length to the current cords. This request was also denied with a statement that "the blinds were made correctly and that I should have requested longer cord". The length of the cord is not in the description and on an 80+ inch blind- a professional blind company should realize that this is a tall window. It should not be left in the customer.
Very disappointed with end product do to the handling of my requests.
