I asked the sales person several times if I needed to add inches so the blinds would completely black out the room. I received my order and noticed it was the wrong size. Light was coming through entire perimeter. Also. I gave instructions for the days not to ship as we were traveling. Guess what? They shipped them on the days we were traveling. They won't make it right and refuse to accept a return. Never again. I thought shopping was suppose to be enjoyable. If you like dealing with bots and bad service- Be my guess!

Zebra Blinds

The blinds are beautiful but the glued on end cap came off immediately upon opening. This caused to blind to get all off center and even snag. These are too pricey to be glued together. Very disappointed. Also had to get our own screws because the ones that come with it are impossible to use.

Everything as expected

I've ordered from Select Blinds three times - 3 different order, 3 different material, 3 different deliveries. They have have always arrived on time and without damage. They were easily installed. The blinds matched the color samples from which they were chosen. I have always taken advantage of the sales offered. They are quality Roman shades for the money.

Roller shades

One roller shade out of the 3 Was not taped evenly on the roller...it's impossible to get it to roll up evenly because of that!
The one side is all cut up. For $50 a shade,which is actually quite expensive the quality is mah OK.I really expected more!
