They are just what I wanted? The only problem was the instruction manual. Very tiny print and drawings of how to hang the blinds. I had to have my neighbor come to do it. That is my only complaint.

I am pleased with the two sets of blinds I purchased. I had to call the "800" number because I was unfamiliar with opening the blind, so I could install it. After they explained how to open open the blind before installing it, it was easy and I understood it. They need better instructions and diagrams for that. The company was helpful.
My experience was great until you ask me to answer this survey and if I don't have 50 characters done to answer you, I can't keep going seriously if you want our input don't make this like a university test exam. Let me answer the way I want. So now I am no longer happy, have a good day

Parts were likely roughly jammed into the box, damaging them and then they shipped them to me anyway.

Easy to navigate website. Samples ordered arrived quickly allowing us to make a decision quickly on the shades we wanted for our home. It would be great if there was a military discount available. The only issue I had was the delivery of one of my packages was to the wrong address. But that's a function of the delivery company, not Select Blinds.

Very nice shade, love the color matches very well with our cupboards. Blocks out just enough sunlight after we took a tree down that use to shade our kitchen.

We have ordered from your company several times over the years. Disappointed because I thought instructions said 2-4" wider than trim. I should have measured 2-4 wider than the window and matched the trim size :( Now the blind is a couple inches wider than trim and looks shabby. It was an over mount.
Website easy to navigate, offers for discount were substantial for first time purchase.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
