This is the 4th blind we have ordered over the last few years. They look great, & they are high quality. I love the cordless option and it's so easy to order.
Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. Order process easy, delivery quick. Color and quality were excellent and installation was simple.
After taking blind out of box and noticed it did NOT reflect what I ordered. I contacted Select Blinds and spoke to Alicia. She was very helpful asked me to text her some photos of what I received and what I had. She then sent out some samples and a piece of material of what I ordered. When I called back after receiving the samples Christina answered my call and was less than helpful or had any empathy with my problem. She stated that she would send my complaint to production and they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. That did not happen.

The blinds came in the box all good. The process of putting it together as really simple and what I wanted.
I ordered 3 identical blinds and 1 broke in the first week. A couple of pictures and an email later and a new blind was on it's way.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
