Although the blinds were wonderful, we requested the replacement of two valances. We were assured they would be sent out quickly and yet we have not received the replacements.
AJ was fantastic in helping me to pick the perfect blinds for our living room, and at what I think was a very fair price. We love our new blinds, just as we've loved all of the other blinds in our home (also from Select Blinds). I happened to mention to her that one of our kitchen blinds had never hung straight, and she put me in touch with the service dept. As we had a five year warranty, Select Blinds remade that blind for us at no charge. The new one hangs perfectly straight, and I couldn't be happier. Ordered 3 Levelor blinds with cords on both tilt and vertical and all 3 came with tilt wand and pushbutton vertical. Customer Service corrected the order and the 3 new blinds I had originally ordered with cords were shipped to me 2 weeks later. Great job on their end to correct their mistake.

The site was easy to navigate, prices were very reasonable. I was a little nervous to get custom blinds made, but when the blinds came they were perfect.
The shades are nice because you can close them for privacy or open for a little light. They were not too difficult to put up either.

Took over a month to receive one blind. And I had very little communication from Slectblinds as to why the delay. I had to contact select selectblinds myself multiple times to get updated info.
