I have ordered many shades from this company because I do like the up and down aspect of them. I have had great luck with most of them, except for the last ones I ordered about maybe seven years ago. The eastern sun, however briefly, seemed to destroy them. They are in Chatters. The two I ordered recently are just put up. They will prove themselves, I hope.
I ordered 3 called wood vertical blinds l received them so disappointed cheap flimsy plastic installed size is short they look like something you would buy at the dollar tree. Don't waste your money or time on this cheap material. Disgusted
The whole experience was simple and easy... easy to order and easy to install
I was looking to replace 30 year old vinyl roller shades. After reading all the descriptions on the website I chose a middle of the road level shade. Ordered 1 to see if it was what I wanted. It was basically the same as the 30 year old shade, curling on the edges. Called customer service they said they had never heard of that. After discussion, they said they would remake the shade. I have the new shade but have not installed it yet.

Quick and easy. Showed up on time and everything was as I ordered it.
A person helped with figuring out how to put up the brackets. He was fantastic! Shades look awesome.
First set of blinds that were delivered, were damaged by the shipping company. However, the customer service department was easy to deal with, and had another set shipped out immediately. The blinds were easy to install and work as expected.

I sent on your site and researched blinds. I had to put a new door leading from the den to the deck. I reviewed your wide selection of blinds. I found the blinds I wanted. Used your instructions how to measure a window properly and submitted my order. My blinds are now hanging on my new door and I love them.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.
