We've ordered several blind sets over the years and they are great quality for the price. This time unfortunately the head rail on the blinds came dented. I did not want to go through the hassle of exchanging because luckily the balance hides it. I hate that I know it's dented though.

What a great experience. I plugged in the measurements and was delivered a perfectly custom set of blinds. I couldn't be happier. I wish I had done this earlier.
Website worked fine. No issues choosing what I wanted. Blinds came pretty quickly. I did track the package and it arrived 1 day early. Install was easy, but I created a problem on the second blind. First one went in easily. On the second one I only put in the first screw of each clip and mounted the blind. It went in no problem, but then I realized I left off the other screws. Removing the blind was more difficult than mounting. Eventually got it up.
We were in need of new blinds for our bedroom, we are very happy with how accurate they are according to our measurements. Good quality, and everything arrived as it should have.
Blinds came on time, well packed, good quality. I have same blinds already in another room so the installation was a little quicker than last time. Blackout is excellent although not 100%, the reason is my walls are old and not ruler straight, there are small gaps between the side tracks and upper part and the wall. Still better blackout than other blinds.
