The original blinds were built to tight for the opening, plus the center blind (motorized) did not raise evenly. I had to remind them of the "Fit" guarantee before they would replace it.
Now that it has been installed we are very happy with the fit and appearance.

I was able to do this whole process myself, online without any customer support help. It was quick and easy and I'm super happy with my new blinds! I ordered some free samples which came pretty quick, measured my own windows as the website instructed me to do so, and placed my order! The blinds came in a few weeks and turned out great!
All shades worked perfect except one. I requested a replacement but I have not received a response.
Other wise everything was perfect. Great experience. Hoping to get the replacement shade sent soon.
