One of the blinds were cut wrong it was 2 for the same size window I had to take off the plastic ends off them I filed a claim but was declined I was going to buy for my rental properties and my house but I tried u guys out

It was extremely helpful to see that you need the exact dimensions of the window in question. Our blinds fit perfectly.

Only comes with one bracket option. Brackets look terrible from the outside looking in. I tried to get a replacement bracket and they told me to shop on another companies website.

They fit exactly like I needed them too, the quality was great and the price was awesome!

I have purchased a total of 12 solar shades, in various large sizes. Each shade arrived in perfect condition and the install was a breeze. We have some corded and some remote and both styles work beautifully.

My custom blinds arrived in good time but they are half an inch shorter than ordered. I checked my order against the full height of the blinds and they are half an inch too short. That means they do not reach the windowsill, unfortunately, because I ordered them to be exactly the height I needed with no cushion. If I had it to do over, I would get an extra inch just to be sure. Also the provided screws seemed cheap and I scrounged up my own to use instead after several provided screws stripped and and two the heads broke off when screwing them in—and I pre-drilled. All that said, the blinds work well and look great.

Easy to order. Unfortunately one blind I ordered took 3 weeks to come. They told me they were not sure what was going on. Said they would check and get back to me. Never did. It did finally come. Just way later than promised.

Blinds are great- exactly what we ordered. One box came drenched in gasoline but must have happened in transit and thankfully did not reach the blinds. Bit the order confirmation page specifically says to allow 1-5 business days from when product leaves their production facility to when it arrives at your door. Our order was later than that, and then got delayed due to weather too and tracking info was missing for a few days. When we asked for help from customer service, it was a game of different misinformation/excuses with each of the reps we spoke to. But all of them confirmed that the 1-5 business day turnaround was not correct, and were trying to place the blame solely on FedEx/weather for any delay.

Love my new blinds! The ordering process was a breeze and they arrived in record time. Install was also easy and they work like a charm!
