I ordered the 8 blinds on March 29 and the delivery was right on time. 4 of the blinds were not installed right away. The 4 did not come with the brackets. I called and was transferred to customer service. What a joke that was. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally was able to leave a call back number. I never received a call back. I called again on April 18th and talked with a salesman and he took care of my problem. It's been one week and I am still waiting for the 8 missing brackets. Now USPS is giving me a delivery date of April 29th. 8 small brackets shouldn't take that long to arrive. I have ordered over $2000.00 of blinds in the last 2 months and all the orders have been delivered very quickly.

The blinds arrived on time, were easy to install, and work well. Regarding the shopping experience online, it was low latency, intuitive. But the $15 discount for signing up for the mailing list is misleading since everyone can get a 45% discount automatically.

Still Don't Have My Order!

I was told when I ordered everything would be in on time. I paid this company over 5k. I still don't have my order but what is worse are the lies they told me about why it is late.
First it was the fabric was on back order but when I called to change the fabric they said the real reason was a mechanical problem at their production facility. Why lie to your customer? These are for rentals and were time sensitive!

Best window coverings!

Window coverings can be costly, we are lucky to have found Select Blinds. We ordered samples that arrived very quickly and moved forward with our order. We received a beautiful roman shade for our new home, looking forward to ordering a shade for our home office.

Surprisingly fast shipment!

I have a bathroom that has two Windows constructed out of glass blocks. I thought I had ordered the blinds that have a lever that adjusts the size to fit the sill and locks them in place. Wow, I thought I had found the answer to my situation! Well, I ordered the wrong blinds I guess because although they arrived super fast they are not the kind I thought I had ordered. So I'm waiting to hire someone to install them because the sills have metal inside them and I don't know what to use make sure they are secure. The blinds are very nice and the exact color I wanted.

I ordered a large cordless solar shade specifically for the no drill feature. I contacted CS several times prior to purchase to verify that there was a pull down/roll up tab on the bottom so I could use a rod to lower when it is rolled up and I can't reach the shade. I was told that there were tabs for this 2 times by different CS employees. This can be proven by reading the chat sessions. To my dismay there was no tab. I contacted CS and was sent 2 parts that did not fit the shade. After more calls,emails and chats it was determined that this shade does not include what I needed. I also inquired if the tension could be tightened and my question was ignored. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS IF I HAD BEEN GIVEN CORRECT INFORMATION! It is very clear that CS does not know their products. I was offered by Select Blinds to purchase a different shade for the same price. Wow...

Our experience was great overall. We were ordering about 16 classic roman shades for our sunroom. After measuring carefully and finalizing the details there was an issue trying to place the order from our browser (at the final step). We called and an associate was very helpful and was able to pull up our order that was saved in their system and process the order for us (even was able to provide an additional %tage savings). We ordered on 10-May and they arrived 20-May; faster overall than we expected. The blinds look and function great and we're very pleased overall.
