Blinds

Purchased the blinds, they fit perfect, they pull down perfect, but when you push them up, they bunch up which I'm not happy with. Already put them up. I'm not gonna return them, but I probably won't order again from them.

I have ordered blinds through Select Blinds a number of times. They have a good product. They are a little stingy with power supplies. The first time they only provided one power supply for my three blinds. This last time I had to order the power supply and pay extra for it. Over all, I'm pleased.

Bamboo Blinds Purchase

Pricing is still too high even after discounts. A bit challenging to install, simple in theory but aligning three of the mounts up in line so they all click in wasn't that easy.

Ordering was easy and shipping prompt. We have issue with one of the blinds adjustment and have contacted you to correct. I haven't gotten email (*******@yahoo.com) amd wonder how to get it fixed when the screw or adjustment piece is stripped and/or broke?

Great, easy to order online guide

Thank you. Exiting blind that broke was bought on Jan 2018
However, when I received new set of replacement blinds in March 2024,
I noticed that the window attachment mechanism was different hence I could not use existing
Sockets. New blind need me to drill new set of hole that did not match previous installation.
Kindly re-consider these kind of changes or provide options to get exact replacement

Update--received the blinds.they are very well made and look awesome--am on a budget.so only doing a few windows at a time...will definitely be ordering again.
So far so good...window treatments are not something i have had to do before...so a bit of a learning curve...fingers crossed!

The blinds are very true-to-color as shown on the site, they're the exact right size to fit in our windows, and they function well -- simultaneously raise/lower at the touch of a button. We needed a privacy solution for some extremely high windows that look over a balcony into our second floor, so we had a professional come with a giant ladder to install them. The only issue is that we did not sync it to the Hub we purchased prior to installing them, since the instructions led us all to believe that the QR code provided was all we needed. Turns out there is a button that needs to be pressed in order to complete the pairing, so now we have blinds 20 feet up the wall that we need to touch in order to set them up to function with our smart home system as we had originally intended. They still work with the remote provided, though!
