I have used SelectBlinds several time for rental properties and find the overall process of ordering, delivery and installation quite easy. The quality is good for the price point as well.
Blinds came in a timely manner. Nothing was wrong with them. However, they reached out to make sure we received the order and everything was to our expectations.
Very nice order dept - blinds are beautiful & we had them in less time than they estimated. We have these thru our whole house & love them!
1. I measured exactly as instructed. You took an additional 1/2" off each width, leaving large gaps on either side.
2. When shopping and ordering, it wasn't clear that these were without wands. Very cumbersome to close. They hang against the wall below rather than inside and on the sill.
3. I've ordered custom blinds from you in the past and never had fitment issues.
4. Overall, if these were not custom blinds, I would have returned them immediately. You've lost a customer.
