Great prices compared to other sites, decent looking budget blinds, easy install, love the motorization! Only con is I'm not sure the length did seem slightly off, like the left side of the blind was a centimeter longer than the right side but not noticeable with bottom rail light blockers.

I ordered a house full of blinds back in 2020 (because what else was there to do) and needed just 2 more to complete the project, but with it being so long since I'd ordered I wasn't sure if things would go as smoothly. They certainly did. When I logged into my account all my previous measurements and order information was there which made ordering 2 more a breeze. They arrived in short order, packaged safely with all parts intact. Installation was super simple and they were up in no time. Done and done. Thank you!

Ordering online was easy, the delivery was longer then stated. Installation was as stated, no screws or mounting brackets. Installed in under 5mins.

Very pleased so far. May order more in the future.

And inverted the length and width numbers - so when the order arrived, we discovered the mistake and were beside ourselves. The customer service agent we talked to was so kind- we were only charged for shipping- the new blinds arrived, and we are in love!

Unfortunately, I mis measured by a half inch. I did not notice the oops guarantee until I went back to the website to see if I had followed directions correctly. The shade was very nice. It was exactly what I expected. I wish I could use it.

Easy to order, looks great and great instructions. They easily move up and down.

Self explanatory, however strict policy on reporting damage or issues with blinds.
Felt like it would be an inconvenience to the company to write to them stating one of the plastic draw down parts was missing. Placed a large order of 5 separate cellular blind, sad to have one missing a piece.

I measured the blinds previously on the window which measured 36×24. I had to order a little bit bigger size and they were not wide enough, nor long enough for the window.
My son being the stubborn man he is, refused to take them down to return them as when he took the ones down that were up at the window when they bought the house completely fell apart.

Needed a different size blind and the customer service folks walked me through measuring and re-ordering, on a weekend. I received my new blind and it's perfect.

I've ordered many times now, and the entire experience is always wonderful. The customer sercice reps are great, and the blinds ALWAYS fit.

I liked the buying experience and have ordered here before. I just ordered new blinds for our upstairs, and the install was fairly easy. However, this is the first time i have bought blinds with metal pull down strings. They are clunky, they are sticky in the gears and are dangerous as they could result in pull the blinds out of the tracks. Do NOT buy these. Upgrade all the way, or just go with the basic shade pull down.

Wonderful selections of fabrics, very easy instructions on Measurements, excellent quality fabric, and easy installation. I love my new blinds.

I like the look of the product, and the measurements are always accurate. However, I had to replace two blinds after just a year even though they were under 3 year warranty. Warranty process too complicated ( requested pics or videos of issue).

The delivery time was slow however the installation was easy. The product isn't the most durable. I did not receive all of the parts and do not have the use of easily pulling down or lifting up the shade. I followed up with a rep online who said she would have it sent and the parts never arrived.
