Ordered my shutters and received them in 15 days. Install was a piece of cake no missing or damaged parts. The packaging that the shutters came in was by far better than anything I've ever seen. Great experience. I already have friends looking to order after they looked at mine.

Does not stand behind their product!

I've ordered a lot of Selectblinds over the past 6 years and been mainly happy but this time I ordered more blackout cellular shades for our MotorHome and expected to receive the same blinds as I purchased in 2019. 2019 were push button shades that went up and down EVENLY and EASILY. These NEW shades were different and have cheap clip on handles that are difficult to lower and unless you use the exact same pressure on each side they get very crooked. However, since this involved pulling down all our vallances I could not send these back and wait two more weeks for the far superior push button shades which also feel much more heavy duty. With that said, one of these 2019 push button shades failed a while ago meaning they were only BLACK OUT for no more than 3 years before it failed. I wrote select blinds and got a very unsympathetic reply offering up a link to replace my failed shade at no discount. I'm now suspect of this product and expecting them to fail within 3 years when the shades I replaced lasted 18-24 years! Will look for new supplier that appreciates their customer a bit more!

Love the shades

I ordered 24" to begin with. Kept reading and decided I needed 22". I should have ordered 24". I ordered for a door with 12 window panes. There was not enough room for brackets on molding so I had to go above and shades barely covered molding.

Perfect

My son purchased blinds for his new home and recommended I do the same as I downsized to a condominium. I purchased cordless honeycomb top down bottom up shades and they are perfect. Beautiful light filtering for living room and room darkening for the bedroom. Installation was easy and price for the job considerably less than I expected.

I was SO nervous to order our blinds online but I could not find anything locally that I really liked. We ordered the luxury roller shades. My husband didn't want me to order online because he thought that the installation would be a disaster and that the sizing wouldn't be correct. Select Blinds sent us multiple color samples of multiple different styles. They then gave us very specific instructions on how to measure our windows. The measuring was very easy and the representative that I ordered from labeled each room with the name that I gave her. When the blinds came in, we were blown away at how simple they were to install. Each window was labeled correctly with the hardware taped to end of the blind. Each roller shade fit perfectly and I absolutely love how they turned out. We went without blinds in our new house for four months because I was so nervous to order. If I would have known how this process would be, I would have ordered the day that we moved in. If you're looking for high-quality, easy to install blinds that are affordable, Select Blinds is your place.

I'm very excited to have my new blinds, however, I've now encountered a hurdle. I measured as directed, predrilled as instructed and went to install the screws and two of the heads snapped off. In the process of trying to remove one, it has snapped off yet again making it so tiny that's it's nearly impossible to grasp. I'm unsure what my next step should be now.

Great addition

Blinds that go inside the window are kinda tough because you want to measure accurately but then the company has to give 1/4th of a give or take so sometimes it makes it difficult to get it right. My first measurement didn't work out and they worked with me to get the second pretty spot on.

I bought several of the faux wood blinds that don't have the line holes cut in them. I love the blinds. Nice feeling, cordless, easy to install! The valances are sent with a clip system that doesn't support and stay up on the wider sets I bought. The valances are too heavy for the supplied clipping system. After sitting on hold and then going to chat I was told I had to provide a video of what was happening. Well there are only 2 of us and it takes 2 people to get the valance on the wider blind sets which leaves no one to take a video. I bought a better clipping system thru Amazon which works so much better for the valances. They now stay up and look good. The customer service has gone downhill since I started purchasing many years ago. I have hung your blinds in multiple homes that I have owned. Will think twice before doing so again in any future homes. If anyone else has the same problem, look on Amazon, there are clips there that fit in the groove on the valance and will clip onto the front of the blind header. A shame I had to spend more money for something that works from another company. The honeycomb blinds I bought were nice. No problems there after I got them moving.

I was satisfied with the blinds. I was out of town when they were delivered. I tried to follow the tracking schedule when it was shipped and would be delivered, but that wasn't ever updated so it was very hard for me to figure out when they would be delivered. I had to have a neighbor, bring them in. So that was a little discouraging.

Easy to order and install. I ordered room darkening honeycomb shades. These are nice because they actually keep the street lamp light out of the room at night. Top down feature lets me see the view in the daytime. I had room darkening shades at a previous house, and despite ordering a white color, they looked grey due to a black lining inside the shade. These do a great job and look nice as well.
